First time I went to this Chick-fil-a location. The initial customer service rep was extremely friendly and I received the meal before my payment was even processed. However, I sat down to eat and my dressing was not in the bag. I went back up and had to wait over a minute before being acknowledged even though there were no customers in line and employees were standing around talking.

This is the worst chick-fil-a ever. My husband and I only came here because the other one across the street was packed out of the door, that one has always been the best btw. We came to this one for breakfast and let me just say... everything was horrible down to the customer service, and the employees attitudes. When we walked up to the line the lady that took our order and everyone else looked like they hated their jobs, even the manager or team lead that had a different colored shirt on than the rest. As she was bagging orders she just had this rude look and she called out everyones names with attitude. Next, we finally got our food after waiting almost 15-20 mins. I was too mad about the wait because there were only a few workers so we were patient thinking the food would make up for the horrible attitudes of the employees and the wait time. WRONG! we ordered a chicken biscuit combo with hash browns and a drink, 4 ct chicken minis, and 2 bacon egg and cheese combos... We received a chicken biscuit combo, a 12 count nugget instead of the minis, and a chicken egg and cheese biscuit instead of 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We decided that we would just enjoy what we got and went ahead and started to eat. As soon as my boyfriend opened his bacon egg and cheese biscuit there was a hair sticking right out of the biscuit. He threw that away, then went ahead and ate the chicken egg and cheese that we didnt order, the chicken was RAW and chewy in the middle of the breast , and my chicken biscuit was raw also. We shared the nuggets that should have been minis and the 3rd nugget I picked up to eat had a hair fried into it.. This was a horrible experience. We tried to call after all of this twice and nobody answered either times, I even left a voicemail. I haven't gotten a call back or anything. I will not be visiting this location ever again, and to save you some time.. take my word and don t visit them either.

I want to like Chick-fil-A but as I was sitting there waiting for my grilled chicken I was watching people and a lady quickly took a bag and walked away without them calling any names. A minute later she comes back and sits it on the counter and tells them she didn't think it is her's. They looked at the receipt on the bag and then called my name and then I went up there and they were going to try to give me the same bag of food. Probably nothing happened but why would you give somebody their food that somebody else already handled? Of course I felt very embarrassed cuz I had to say it right in front of the lady that I am not going to take food that somebody else took off with and may have handled. The customer lady probably should have listened for her name rather than just grabbing a bag but I don't think she meant anything by it. Also employees should check receipts because they give you the receipt and they put one on the side of the bag so that they can match them up. That way people don't steal others food like this. Like I said this customer lady I don't think did this on purpose but I have no idea what she did with it when she walked out

Made a special trip to the Mall with my granddaughter after her dance class at 8 pm on 11/9/22 and the restaurant was closed. Closing time is 9 pm. Very disappointed.
