This location has been failing recently, with food quality, customer service, and atmosphere. I live closer to this location, but I'm going to have to start going back to Hamburg. The problem today was the kids act like automatons that wait on you. Almost robotic. The Mac n cheese I got was the consistency of baby food. The nuggets were chewy, like they had been sitting a minute. I don't know what's going on but I gave them way too much money for food I can't eat.

Not sure if people are aware but if you didn’t know you know now. They make their employees do hours outside in the drive thru when it’s freezing temps. They really should be switching employees off hourly or bringing them inside. Y’all have your employees out there for 3-4 hours straight!??? What is going on in Lexington right now. You should be ashamed. These poor teens are always the same ones I always see stuck out there. Sad.

My 2 year old and 4yr old are chick fil a connoisseurs. They found this chick fila a to be exceptional even though there is no play area.
Always a pleasant experience! I'm unsure how I've never made this fast food one of my favorites till this year! The hype is real!

I ordered a chicken club sandwich with tomato, bacon and cheese and BBQ sauce on the side. This is my favorite sandwic. I took one bite and as I was chewing it I immediately said something is wrong with my sandwich!! Much to my surprise the juicy tomato on my sandwich was bad! I mean very bad! I couldn’t eat any of my sandwich because of this! I had this delivered to my home so I couldn’t take it back in or anything. So I was very disappointed!
