i usually go to this location but tonight i found a long curly piece of hair in my food. which was really awesome considering how much traffic i had to fight to get there so thanks. i thought y’all had to wear hair nets?? i would’ve taken a picture but i was so disgusted i just threw it away.

Today i ordered a lemonade with my spicy chicken sandwich meal. Got a Key Lime Pie frozen limeade instead. I showed them my receipt, they got me my actual lemonade i ordered, no problem. I went back for a refill & they refused to refill my regular lemonade because THEY put it in a special cup where they can’t give out free refills apparently. Tried to explain to the lady working what’s wrong but she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me & said she couldn’t do a refill. (Pretty weird for chic fil a right?) For the first time in my life i asked to speak to the manger & they fixed it right away. Wish it didn’t have to get that way over a drink, just a really uncomfortable experience for me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered Chick-fil-A for my office through the mobile app, and one meal was completely missing. When I called to request a refund for the missing sandwich, I was told they couldn’t refund a single item. After checking with a supervisor, the employee assured me I’d see the money back on my card—but instead, I was given a useless reward that expires soon.
When I called back to escalate the issue, a different manager refused to do anything further, saying the reward was all they could offer. This is completely unacceptable. Chick-fil-A messed up my order and then made it impossible to get an actual resolution. A reward doesn’t replace the money I paid or fix the inconvenience they caused. This is not the level of service I expected, and I’ll think twice before ordering from here again.

Food - Always fresh and as I ordered! Fries are the best at this location!!! Service - Above and beyond!! Always in good time. I also witnessed two young men tonight helping a mother, with her child, with a car issue. And then brought her food and drinks. That’s a good community right there! Atmosphere - Clean!! Bathrooms are clean as well!
