Worst experience I have ever had in a CFA. Wait time was ridiculous. There was only one girl that was on register with a huge line while all the other employees were talking and goofing around. We live out of state, and this was such a bad experience for us. Don’t give them your business.

this chick-fil-a is really just for college students on campus. it’s wayyyy better than the chickfila in the student center! the chicken is crisipier, and depending on the time you get there, the fries are usually hot. staff is super nice too, and even though it’s sometimes slow, you’re usually guaranteed a good and fresh meal.
Definitely not the best Chic fil a in town. You should try another location if you can! The one on Nicholasville Road is a good one!

For the amount of people going through they do a great job. Not to mention dealing with college kids all day. I’m new to Lexington enrolled in a graduate program and all my interactions have been great here. If you are going to come here just know you will wait a minute in a line. Just be kind and have a good attitude.

This was the worse chic fila I've visited. We drove 4 and a half hours to Lexington. After arriving to town early we went to the nearest chic fila and waited for them to open. They opened at 8, I was the only customer and I waited while they counted their money. AT about 8:04 I ask, are y'all open? They replied yes, but they had to count the money. I finally was able to order, the cashier apologized for the wait. I ordered 2 chic fila minis meals. I got my order and left. When we finally got to our location we got ready to eat. It was 2 chicken biscuits and hash browns. The order was completely wrong. We only had 1 bite and threw it away. We was in town visiting the university's training facility for a rewalk session. That was supposed to be breakfast before we started a 4hour day. I would advise anyone to visit a different location. This was my first, from start to finish, bad experience with a chic fila location .This location was a disappointing experience and I would advise corporate to visit and witness the experience first hand.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT GO HERE. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and nuggets. Everytime I went up to ask what the hold up was I was presented a new excuse everytime. I asked to get my money back and they immediately put my order together and gave me a cookie. Like that covered for the 30 minutes i waited.
