WHY???? Why is it so hard to get an order right??? The screens are not that hard to read or comprehend are they?
I want to thank you personally for screwing up our night after we just got done driving 12 hours through the snow storm.

This location has really gone down hill lately. It’s a very convenient stop for me after pickleball or for a quick breakfast, but be ready to wait 15+ minutes in the drive through. It’s annoying and has caused me to stop at other places lately.

We were on our way to Nashville (for our mini honeymoon) and stopped for lunch. Roxana saw it was our first time there and comped the whole meal for us! Totally unexpected and unnecessary but we were so happy. Amazing service and staff

I come to the Chick-fil-A on Russell Cave Road all the time. It’s close to my job, which makes it very convenient, and for a long while it was my go-to spot for both breakfast and lunch several times a week. Unfortunately, the experience over the past few months has really gone downhill.
Lately, the wait times have been unusually long, not just during peak hours, but even when there are only a few cars in the drive-thru. On top of that, the customer service has become noticeably less friendly. More than once my food has basically been thrown to me through my window without so much as a greeting or a “thank you.” Or my pleasure. Even during long wait times no apology. I’ve worked at Chick-fil-A before, so I know firsthand what the standards are, and I would’ve definitely been pulled aside by a manager if I had treated guests the way I’ve been treated here recently.
My orders are also incorrect far more often than they used to be. Because of how rushed and dismissive the interactions feel, I rarely feel comfortable going inside to get the mistakes fixed, so now I find myself double-checking every bag before I even pull away. That slows the line down, especially when I’m picking up food for multiple people, but I don’t feel like I have a choice anymore.
Food quality has slipped too. My grilled egg sandwich has been burned several times in a row, and my chicken minis are often packaged carelessly, the rolls and chicken look like they were just tossed into the box without any care.
I really do hope this location turns things around, because I know what Chick-fil-A is capable of and I’ve seen the high standards they pride themselves on. I only keep coming because it’s the closest one to me and the food can be good when it’s made correctly. I’m just disappointed to see the decline, and I hope things improve soon.

This is our favorite activity every Friday evening with our dog. Go through the drive thru and eat in Target's parking lot. Been doing this since Covid began

You can save that have a blessed day crap for someone that actually cares. As a christian myself, you location is a theif some christian. Us rewards points for food. When i get there you have no record of it then proceed to tell me i have to call corporate to get those back. Let's just say poor management ate atbthis location all the time. But it will be a cold day in hell before I do that again.
I did enjoy the chick pimento sand. But the next day I was looking over my bank card transactions and saw 2 charges for the same day. The day before was the first time I had ever eaten there. My statement showed 2 transactions .. a single chick/ pin and a second one for the "Meal" I had the meal. The counter person was new and rang up 1 sand and 1 Meal... Upon showing this to the counter girl when I went to get a refund of the single... I was asked rudely... Do you have your recipe? No I didn't even get a receipt... I would have seen the mistake BUT NO RECEIPT GIVEN. The girl with the attitude said... I can't do anything without the receipt... Wow really?? Proof in the paperwork.. I definitely WILL NEVER ..
