We went to this location for drinks and ice cream. The service was friendly and the ice cream was creamy and delicious. I can’t speak to their hot items but if they are like every other Chick fil a I have been to it should be delicious.

Not sure about the food to be honest. I stood there watching at least a dozen people who had paid AFTER I did get their food, drinks and shakes while I stood there waiting for a shake that I finally gave up on and got a refund instead of wasting more of my time.
LOL so the only way it gets made right is if I sign up for Instagram. Nope. That is just stupid.

Horrible customer service! If you are dining in, it is at par with the quality that you would expect from Chick Fil A. I would never have an order picked up from this location without checking everything in your bag before you leave the restaurant. Once I reached home, called them to tell that they placed someone's sandwich in my bag and wanted to get it changed, they would not pick up the phone if you are close to the hour of closing. When I called them next day morning to correct what they charged me for the order, I was told they have a same day price adjustment policy. They would not do anything to correct their mistake. That is horrible service! Don't waste your time reaching out to Chick Fil A support, they would not do anything either. I would not trust this Franchise location any more.

I will NEVER come back! The absolute heartless nerve of these ppl. I brought my niece in the afternoon, maybe 4 other tables were taken....so empty. We go to the restroom and an associate swings the door open and the decorative handle sticks out (I don't know ow how it passed building code). My niece gets her forehead pumbled. Not only did the associate not care a black and blue bruise and swelling are immediate on her forehead and she's balling with tears. I go to the front desk to tell and ask for Ice. They bring me an ice bag bigger than her face ... like more is better and the manager....yes manager....said I think this will help sorry bye. They didn't offer her a treat or juice while a 5 year old was in pain and tears. I'm a Muslim and wear a head scarf so I'm used to interacting with racist people who prejudge me and treat me cold....but this was a child. I've never seen such heartless adults. And if we were blonde blue eyed guests I think we would have a different experince. Pitiful, God fearing company that profiles ppl who don't worship like them ....and punish children too!

The food and service are not up to par with other chikfilas. I’ve been here several times and the nuggets are always soggy. Service is usually average at best, never a “my pleasure” from anyone.
Edit: this chikfila is still sub par. They don’t fry the chicken right and the service is not up to the same standard as most chikfila restaurants.
Getting expensive to eat here. Two adults and two kids, almost $50 without any soda or desserts. 😒

I have had it a few times at work only because the boss would treat us to lunch, but first time actually being there. Love the selection, and I'm told its a christian chain restaurant and it even closes on Sundays. I love it, I heard all the hate others have but this place is loving and welcoming. If loving god is a bad thing then I'm the baddest their is, always have my support and you guys have a new customer
