My mom & I finally stopped by to try out the new location. Amazing! Service was snappy. Staff were super accommodating & so friendly. So, so excited to have CSC on this side of town now. 10/10 ya’ll! Go check them out. ❤️

Been in a few times. , always greeted with a friendly smile and Hello, I haven’t had any bad experiences at all, I completely understand What it is to open a business ,To serve the Public,getting everyone trained and having to maybe deal with short staff on a daily basis because employees calling off .
So why not show some grace and patience ,
Which is something we all can use from time to time

So happy for a new location for Chicken Salad Chick!!! Now I can eat it when I’m on both sides of town! Went to the new one this week, had an awesome experience in the drive-through, in which I love, and couldn’t believe my food was in my hands that fast! Great idea for a drive-through Vicki !! You go girl and all your amazing staff and management!!!! Blessings to you and your new location!! Running your own business is very hard in this day and age, especially trying to please everyone!, And they have no idea how hard you have worked to get there!!!

Customer experience is extremely subpar. The other location in nicholasville is a completely different experience. The first few times I visited this one, I thought it was the younger staff not caring. The last experience though it was very clear that the manager/supervisor on duty is the issue driving the experience down. Very disappointing to have such a horrible experience every time we stop in. You’re providing food and no one wants to feel like a nuisance because they are hungry. So sorry to inconvenience you at 6pm on a Thursday with two other families here.

So excited Chicken Salad Chick finally has come to Hamburg area. Man there are some angry impatient people in this town. This restaurant has been open for 2 weeks now. I agree things will take time to have a good flow, but if there not to some of these peoples standards let’s bash a brand new spot?? What do you get out of that.

The food was great as usual and the openness of restaurant is awesome, plus the convenience of a drive thru.

Be patient and kind with the employees THEY ARE NEW it will take time.

My experience here was great, I was greeted very delightfully by this amazing cashier, she served me very well, the food was bomb!!, and the cashier was very polite and patient with me. 10/10 must try again!!
