Haven't been here in a while. Has a good weekend happy hour. People are friendly. I always sit at the bar because I am here alone. Service isn't good. Don't see a bartender for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. Not sure why. Not busy. Glasses for draft beer aren't cold even being in a cooler. Again the staff is very nice when you see them.

Only complaint was, I ordered a burger with NO onion, then after all orders were taken, I reminded her to be sure to NOT put onion on my burger!! My burger came out with raw onions!! Little hunks of raw onions that got in my mouth! When I ask her to take it back and not charge me for it, I still had to pay for the drink, salad, and fries, which amounted to as much as the whole meal with the burger!! I really felt cheated.

My only complaint is the one on Richmond Rd in Lexington is always sooo cold that I have to wear my jacket every time I eat there.
I couldn’t remember nor really hear the servers name, but tonight was super upsetting service. She was superrr nice but I never received the appetizer we ordered. We got our food and my bf asked for the appetizer fries w no jalepenos and he got a small side of fries w the wrong cheese. I asked for two sides of ranch, she never brought it to us and went and took care of other tables that already was there for a bit. When she was around that is because she’d be gone for a bit. She finally came out about 20 mins after I asked for the ranch and asked if we needed anything so we just went to pay and a whole different appetizer was on the bill that we didn’t ask for / didn’t get either. Like I said she was nice but we didn’t get hardly anything we asked for and almost asked a different server to help us

The person bringing the food to the table, didn't know what table he was going to and to whom certain food went to. Paying with a card was a big hassle, go back to paying on the way out, very poor system. I won't be going back.
