This was our first time ever being to chilis. And hands down the best Experience I could ask for. The waiter ( Brooklyn) was very friendly and attentive. She stayed on top of everything without feeling smothering and even helped us with our app deal wile had on our phone. Overall best experience I could’ve asked for. Food was awesome and for what it cost it was one of the cheaper options in lex.

Haven't been here in a while. Has a good weekend happy hour. People are friendly. I always sit at the bar because I am here alone. Service isn't good. Don't see a bartender for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. Not sure why. Not busy. Glasses for draft beer aren't cold even being in a cooler. Again the staff is very nice when you see them.

Only complaint was, I ordered a burger with NO onion, then after all orders were taken, I reminded her to be sure to NOT put onion on my burger!! My burger came out with raw onions!! Little hunks of raw onions that got in my mouth! When I ask her to take it back and not charge me for it, I still had to pay for the drink, salad, and fries, which amounted to as much as the whole meal with the burger!! I really felt cheated.
