Krista at the Marketplace Dr. Chilli's is phenomenal! She handled a table of 12 for a birthday party with complete calmness and got everything perfect! She is very professional and welcoming and made our experience one to remember! She deserves a raise!!

Chili’s has really increased their quality and service. The staff was extremely nice even during a rush, as well as tentative. Emerson is always a delight at the hostess station when we come in.

First time eating here was a great experience. It's been so long, I don't really remember what my husband and I ordered, just that it was phenomenal. Ate at this exact location again today. Food was really good, we got the fajitas this time, and the fried mozzarella as am appetizer. That fried mozzarella is the best! The cheese pull alone makes your mouth water. The fajitas were good, though it'd be unfair to compare them to a Mexican restaurant. My husband added the Jalapeño sausage to his and we both loved it - the shrimp, however, left much to be desired. I asked for some white queso and it was pretty good, as well. They give you about 5 tortillas. These would typically come with an order of black beans, but I opted for extra rice and my husband just took it out completely. Both times we've visited our waiters have been very nice and attentive! We prefer this location to the other in Lexington, hands down!
This place is great for a family night out or a date. Food is delicious make sure to get the mozzarella sticks! The staff I'd friendly and I have to give a shiut out to the table bussers. When someone leaves the quickly swoop in and have it cleaned quickly. We had a young lady who worked so hard to clean up a mess one of our kids made. I had to tip her she was so kind about it and made my child feel better. Thanks Asia for helping.
My Girls invited me out and took me to their new favorite place…. Chili’s in Lexington Kentucky. And we all really enjoyed it, it was my first time there we had a really great waitress Kerstin. And food was amazing. Will look forward to going back again soon.
If I could give a negative star I would . Drove over hour just to come to chilis! We tried to reserve tables online as directed didn’t work got to the restaurant waiter said be over a hour to seat and they had open tables everywhere. they kept seating ppl as we was waiting manager and wait staff rude as hell so me and my family of 18 and 11 witch is foster kids we was treating out for nice dinner I wouldn’t recommend this place just for sure fact of how rude the staff is . You don’t like your job find something else we work hard for our money just like they do ..
