Food was good and plenty, enough that we had to get to go containers. Service was ok. Kind of like, yeah go sit over there somewhere. We did get checked on, so props for that. The place was nice and clean.Kid-friendliness: Nice kid options. Mine would not eat (unbeknownst to me she was sick at the time) but they had free refills on the chocolate milk. Many places charge you per cup.

The service was poor, the manager (I guess) went to all the tables asking how everything was and she didn’t acknowledge us at the bar at all, not even a Hello, the place was almost empty! We were sitting at the bar and the bartender didn’t even acknowledged us at all, she knew we were sitting, some guy said they were short staffed, etc. Bad experience.

We love chilis. Their burgers have such a great crust. One of the best double burgers in town.The customer retention policies are amazing. Please don't change.Free chips and salsa or drink every visit (if you visit every 1.5 months).Those chips are so thin and crispy but still hold up to the great salsa and ranch!Employees here are great. Great management observed on multiple occasions. Please keep it up!

Restaurant had a 30 min wait but called our table within 10 mins...bar tender didn't ask if we wanted a drink while we waited...and no menus at the bar. Once we was seated things picked up nicely with finally a drink and app. Dinner was good, suggest the trio fajitas! Very well prepared!Parking: At this location I recommend to leave your full size truck at home unless you wanna get door dinged!

The last time we went here to eat, it was a complete disaster. My waiter was, let's just say, not very good at his job. But this time was much different. My waitress was very attentive and nice. The food was much better! I had the chicken crispers and they were delicious! I also had a margarita, but it could've been better! My wife had the ribs and she said they were very good. I think we will try it again soon!

The food was cold. It was like it was thrown together in 2 mins. The burger bites were not put together. The buns were on the opposite side. I would never come back to the man o war location again to eat.
