today I was went to the store and they say only online orders we take so I ordered online veggie bowl because I’m vegetarian and I’m allergy with meats so there is one lady employee get my order and I just nicely said her can you change your glove? she’s not giving me any answers and she started to make my order than I tell her second please change your glove and she reacts very rudely and shows me the attitude it’s was very disrespectful for me really she’s very arrogant person and personally I don’t want go like that places to employees are not good.

The last two times I’ve been in they have been out of multiple items, including chicken and white rice. Had to wait 10+ minutes. Lowest tier chipotle location in Lexington.

Convenient place to pick up some texmex. The burrito bowls are our favorite. Regular burritos good too. The brisket js so good with rice & pinto beans. Pricing is a little high. I did have to tell them to add more of each which is ok. Better to not waste if not going to eat. Paper bags are good & thick for carryout.

My chicken was partially raw. It's hard to blame the employees but there should be a standard procedure. I've worked in a restaurant before and we'd always check chicken with a meat thermometer before serving it.

Do not order the kids mixed fruit. It will be a single cutie orange in a container. They also will give you a small queso when you order a large if it’s done to go. Apple juice was missing off the kids order.

staff lies about having items. today when we got our bowls they lied and said that they are out of chips, when you can literally see them behind the counter. After we got our bowls, we placed a mobile order for 4 bags of chips and then they gave them to us…

Someone needs some serious training at this location. I eat at the limestone location often and I've never had any issues but this is the 3rd time here and today was the worst. There were atleast 7 workers around but only one online. One lady was even trying to clean the window around the customers while there was a backed up line for customers. There was a hold up on chicken, queso, and fajita peppers so he started to make the orders and had to stop and wait on these items after repeatedly saying he was out. There is no teamwork or communication, you would think it was everyone's first day. I don't want to wait on some things that are going to be hot while my rice and beans sit there and get cold. I love chipotle and this location is convenient for me so please train these people!
