Chipotle Mexican Grill

Paid extra for cheese on both meal, didn’t get it. The burrito fit in the palm of my hand, much smaller than the last times I’d visited this location. My burrito bowl was only half filled. Lady behind the counter had terrible customer service. I never got the fork I requested, so the food was cold by the time I got it all the way home. Not a good experience, I am sticking to tacobel.

Don't even waste your time. I'm not sure how Lexington has the lowest rated Chipotle 's in the US... Oh wait, yes I do know how - by hiring managers like Maria at the mall location.

They opened late, and then on top of that she was the rudest person I've ever met in the service industry. Just throwing things- talking rudely to the guy in front of me, and then to me, and then talking about him as he was walking out.

Whoever owns this franchise at the mall - she is ruining it and creating the same atmosphere with the people she is working with.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I got a salad with marinated steak, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. I paid extra for the dressing. The receipt stated it was a side over $18 total for wilted mixed lettuce mixed with spinach romaine and something else. I asked if I could just get romaine and they said no it was premixed. I think this is very much overpriced

Currently eating here, a lot of worker up front but a lot of tables are dirty and need wiping. The reason for leaving the review was for how little serving they gave in the bowl comparatively to other chipotles. The amount of meat they gave me was laughable.

usually good experience but this time a rude worker took over as someone was making my bowl and did not greet me which made me very uncomfortable and ruined the experience, and she gave less.

First of all, $32 for me and my daughter is ridiculous for what we got. Second, this was the messiest fast food place I've been to in a long time. EVERY table was covered in trash, and the floor wasn't much better. Several flavors at the beverage fountain were out, no lemonade of any type was available, service wasn't great... Really would've expected more for the kind of pricing. Won't be returning to this, or any other Chipotle.

Employees at this location can be rude talk to eachother make you wait till their done take care of online orders first b4 helping in person customers in line like ppl that actually are not lazy and come in person to spend money at your establishment should come first bottom line portions keep getting smaller price keeps getting bigger $7 extra for extra carne Asada is ridiculous just bc u put lime juice and cilantro on it dont turn it to gold oh and was like 2 little pieces on the spoon instant refund never again

Food was great....Table, counters and floor was extremely dirty...Trash running over in the floor....all counters could use a good cleaning.

This is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. We’ve been going to chipotle for years now and this particular location never has the ingredients that we ask for. No joke, they are always out of sour cream, cheese and veggies. Almost every single time we go there they are out of said items, not to mention once their juice is out (I’m guessing from the lunch rush) they don’t refill it. Also the employees look miserable and treat you like crap. I have a ton of other stories as well from my experiences here, but dang, what kind of restaurant doesn’t keep ingredients that you use daily in stock?!!!!!!

I love chipotle and I’m not one to drop reviews especially bad reviews because I understand everyone has their bad days but whoever is the short white girl with curly black hair and glasses has ruined my experience there like 3 times. Today she was so rushed for no reason wasn’t even busy line. She was dropping ingredients out of my burrito from just trying to slide it too quickly and she dropped my guac while rushing to roll my burrito up and dropped some random ingredients in it, and she just always shows a bad attitude at work. Again I love chipotle no hate to the company and understand bad days but im starting to get annoyed by her consistent bad service and lose interest in this location.

Yeah I’ll take my butt over to the next nearest location holyyyy, never been to a chipotle with 4 staff barking at me and where I got a sloppy quarter filled bowl with sour cream that spilled in my bag. Bonus because they overcharged me.
