They can’t keep getting away with it! They had like 2x sized tortillas and still couldn’t roll the burrito together. Rice was hard and undercooked, pico was days old tasting, nothing in the burrito tasted ‘good’. It was larger than I’ve ever seen from chipotle with 60% rice. Oh yea it wasn’t only bursting out of the tortilla but it was only half wrapped in tin foil. First bad review! Go local. Potlé (Nicholasville road) sux

Best Chipotle in Lex, they actually serve the correct portion sizes and prepare the steak correctly

Not worth it to eat here anymore. Employees are rude, service is awful, line is never stocked so they scrape a half portion of chicken into your bowl and charge you $4 for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Please learn how to run a restaurant properly, stop hosing your customers, and teach your employees how to be pleasant.

One of the best Chipotles I've been to. Food is hot-warm not cold and it tastes awesome! Line went really fast. Waited less than 2 minutes.

Personally, I found Chipotle expensive, but very convenient.

Vegetarian options: It's very salty

Kid-friendliness: I saw a family with six children yesterday.

Place was a mess. No ice tea was available of any kind. I was charged for a smoked brisket bowl when I ordered a veggie bowl. And to top it off, my chips were stale. Very disappointed

Honestly, this was still probably the best my food has ever been, no crunchy rice, decent meat portions, etc.
But my order included guacamole, and my bowl had no guacamole in sight. I ordered pick up, so I didn’t get a chance to inspect my food before making it home.
I stop eating chipotle for months at a time because of my food is always either bad or messed up, and then try it again. Always disappointed.

I was thinking it’s only me who paid today $85 for 4 bowls , but when I read a review look like they always do that , I was there with my family after church deciding to have quick lunch, ask for 4 bowls 1 chicken and 3 steak, he put barley rice I ask for extra he put little bit more, same think with chicken and steak he not even put the whole spoon maybe little bit more then half, I ask can you do more meat he did another half of spoon, so when I go to register she told me $85 I was in shock, she charged each bowl, $6 extra for the meat, nobody told me they will charge me, I ask for manager he told me , look like you have extra meat in your plate, I was reading reviews about this manager that he doesn’t like brown people, I think he doesn’t like his job, I usually don’t write any reviews but this was so bad experience, I don’t think o will be coming back .

Chipotle at Fayette Mall, Nicholasville Rd.
I ordered five entrees to go. I asked for the salsa sauces and sour cream for all the burritos to be put into to-go cups instead of inside the burritos, to keep the food from getting soggy by the time I got home. They have done this for me in the past for to-go orders; in fact they would ask if I wanted the salsas in the burritos or separately in a cup. But this time, they gave me one little cup of each salsa and one little cup of sour cream and charged me $1.60 for each little cup calling it a “side”. First of all, I said I would need more to cover all five entrees, and they said I could get more but would have to pay $1.60 for each cup. I asked them if they would have charged me extra if the sauces and sour cream were inside the burritos and they said no, there’s no charge if it goes inside, but the same items put into a to-go cup instead of inside the burrito is considered a “side” and charged extra. To be clear, I did not ask for the sauces in addition to adding them to the burritos; I simply asked them to put it in a cup instead of inside the burrito to keep the burrito from becoming a soggy mess. I asked them what sense that made, and they said , “Hey, that’s what I’ve been told to do.” This is just petty, charging for salsa because it is in a plastic cup instead of inside the burrito! I wish I had had the presence of mind to say, “Then in that case, open up all the burritos and put the salsa inside them!” Too bad I thought of it after I paid and left. I won’t be going here again!
