Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went and got a Nicholasville road location. Pay $15 and didn't even get a 1/2. A bowl food was extremely cold And couldn't get anyone that. Answer the phone when I tried to call

Where do I begin…let’s start with the 2oz of rice, 1.5oz of brisket and 6 oz of pico I was provided. Then, I ask for guacamole…mind you it’s 4:30pm…and you’re OUT?!? Ok…now let’s get to the manager standing there not coaching her line employees on proper portions because clearly when she held my bowl she knew that was not $15 worth of food. You could literally see the bottom of the bowl. I jokingly said, wow this is the littlest bowl I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle, I wonder if the kids bowl is bigger…she says you “you can ask for more if you’d like”…ma’am, you know this bowl doesnt even look like the commercials or any other chipotle ad you’ve ever seen. Why as a customer do I have to say “can I have a whole scoop of rice? I didn’t have to ask for the 6 ozs of pico you gave. They scooped the pico like they were feeding a village. You should already know to give the customer a whole scoop of rice, a scoop of meat, a scoop of whatever they ask for. I asked for brisket, I could have counted the 10 little pieces they gave me…MIND YOU THE PAN SHE SCOOPED IT FROM HAD 15 diced pieces of brisket, ma’am if you don’t empty the rest of that in my dang on bowl ?? I can not make this up. Thennnnnn they have no lids for the bowls. ? and here’s the thing this is my second time at this location and each time hours before closing they never have everything you ask for. They’re always out of something….make it make sense. I got all the way to my car…mixed my food up and I KID YOU not the bowl was already half empty. I looked around my car thinking who eat half of my bowl ??. I literally brought my bowl back in and asked for my refund because there was no way in h e l l, I was letting yall have my $15. I went to Taco Bell and got a burrito. My grilled cheese steak burrito was bigger than my bowl and was $5. NOW THATS SAD! I’ve written this long review in hopes that this location operates better in the future. It’s needs new management. There’s no way being in such a busy location and customers have this type of experience. Won’t ever return to this location. I will drive right past you all next time and go to the malls location.

$46.11 for 2 bowls and a side of chips. Nickel and diming ppl to death. Over 21 bucks for a double meat bowl. They charged my gf for a side of pico and they didn’t even have veggies. New CEO from Starbucks so of course the servings smaller and the price has gone up. Go to a nice sit down restaurant instead!

The worst chipotle in the area. Out of guac at 9pm and unwilling to give me half as this is my protein!!! 0 accommodations here. They are also out of fajitas!! So two of the main things I want they are out of and want to charge me full amount?! 0 customer service skills here. I walked out and won't be back to this one.

Update. Drove to the one by the mall only 1.7 miles away and they have fajitas and guacamole so I can take Advantage of the promotion I got from chipotle.

This location has bad management with straight up face and ATTITUDE.

Portions are soooooo light i asked for double meet just t get a normal serving meat portion because i knew if i ordered just a normal meat portion i would get half. It is like it is coming from their paychecks

I only go to Chipotle & get White Rice, Tofu, Lettuce & the cheese. (Not the shredded) Certain Chipotles do not have the beat Tofu, but this one & everything was fast. Not so much "Clean" ima say. Buy clean enough to eat there. So I'd recommend thus Chipotle to anybody.

Worst Chipotle store I have ever been in. The atmosphere is not welcoming, head staff or manager rude to customers as well to their employees. I have seen several times where they have spoken harsh and rude to their own employees in front of customers. Not a very professional display of customer service. I don't see how such a large respected corporate company can allow these managers to treat customers and employees in such manners. Where these managers received their training needs to be re evaluated. I will never eat nor will I ever recommend this store to my friends family.

This location is so hit or miss. Chloe, not sure if she is a manager or what, but she BARELY gives any food at all. Half scoops of rice, beans, everything. Even if you ask for extra, she barely gives any more. They also served online orders before they took our order, even though we had been standing there awhile. It seems as when the Chloe girl isn’t there they actually give a normal serving. Go to another location if you want a bowl that isn’t half empty.

Service has gone down a little bit. People are not as nice. Food is great!

The tall brunette woman manager there is so rude to both the customers and employees. It is such a sad sight to see her ridiculing her employees in front of the customers. If you ask her something it seems as if you are inconveniencing her. It was very ironic when she was trying to tell her employee about customer service because she lacks it herself. Chipotle management needs to do better.
