Chipotle Mexican Grill

Experience was horrible. Paid for extras and still didn’t even have half of bowl of food in total for $25. Brought it up to staff and they just shrugged. Definitely won’t waste another lunch at this location

This Chipotle consistently has the worst tasting chicken out of all of the Chipotles I’ve been to in Lexington (all of them). Not sure why, hopefully they can figure something out because it’s the closest one to my house. Until then I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes to the other location.

I have gotten food poisoning from this location multiple times the staff does not clean properly. I’ve seen dishes piled up a mile high in the back and the whole place is sticky. Do you not recommend?

Very disappointed bought some queso and got a table spoon if I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for the portion of food I received is not acceptable I'm very upset I wasted my money on this will not be returning Qdoba is better

If you’re going to close 2 hours early, do have a good excuse (5 staff members hanging out).

My food was a disappointment at this Chipotle location. I eat Chipotle almost once a week, the quality and amount of food given is not on par with the other locations in the area. I mean it was enough, but not like all other Chipotle's ive been to. The taste was off, I couldn't decide what it was exactly that tasted different, but the meat was dried out and just bland in general. 🤷‍♂️

We arrived an hour before the restaurant closed and the food was already put away . They went back and got each item we wanted as we ordered. Food was cold. The restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible.

Food was great. I think they need more staff for employees was running around everywhere working hard and could not keep up. but the store was super dirty. They need someone to walk around the store and clean tables and store about every ten mins.

I am very impressed with this Chipotle. They are more than generous with their portions! While other fast food chains are raising prices with lowered quality, Chipotle has gone grass roots to what they believe in. High quality food at a reasonable price!

mobile ordered, and when we showed up, our food wasn’t ready, and we waited 10 minutes while they stood and talked… not making it. then we get hit with the “we don’t have queso” but funny enough there was queso on two of our entree’s. fast forward to eating the food: cold, so so cold, and one order was so wrong it’s not even funny. the actual burrito bowl order was written on top of the lid but the contents were the exact opposite. tacos were wrapped in foil and thrown into the bag. i now remember why i don’t frequent this place lol.
