Is there a corporate policy at Chipotle that does not allow its restaurants to serve hot food? I say this in jest, but I have never had anything at Chipotle that was warmer than room temperature.

My wife and I went into chipotle guy asked if I wanted queso, I said yes but asked for it on the side. When we paid for our two burritos I thought the price was slightly higher than usual and looked at the receipt to find out the cashier had charged us for a large side of queso. Instead of trying to get a refund for $1.10 difference, I asked if we could instead have the regular size side of queso that we paid for, instead of the small side portion that I was given. She was extremely rude and acted as if she would never make a mistake on the cashier. I explained what I ordered (a burrito with the queso on the side) and that was charged for a larger queso, so since I paid for it I would like to have it. She gave me a very rude attitude and said to her colleague “I need you to handle this.” And walked off. The gentleman, who made my burrito, proceeded to argue with me about it instead of listening to what I originally ordered. Its not that $1.10 is a large amount of money but it’s the principle, and had we been served in a timely and respectful manner, despite waiting 5-10 minutes with NO ONE in line ahead of us, I probably wouldn’t have thought anything of it. FYI, if the manager’s read these, the cashier’s name is listed at Stephanie on my receipt.

They forget my utensils every single time. It isn't hard to remember napkins + utensils. You have the napkins part down, but somehow always forget utensils. Attached is no photo because I can't take a picture of the utensils I never got.

This place is an utter disaster. It’s filthy, and the service is poor. There’s food all over the place on the floor all over the counter. There’s trash all over the floor. The health department needs to shut this place down.They were out of chips, lettuce, vegetables, and chicken.I fear for my health

I guess the portions you get depend on the person making your order at that time. I went in and ordered 2 bowls (one chicken, one steak), I asked for double on each and i barely got a single serving. I said something about it and they guy said it was double, I don't think half a spoon where you can see the bottom of it, is double let alone single. The cashiers checking me out noticed it and wanted to change it to single, but the guy said no it was double and got mad when they said something about it. They seriously need to get their portions under control, stop using a spoon and use a measuring cup. At least then the portions would be somewhat the same, or just use the spoon and dub the portions into the measuring cup.

Using the Chipotle app is always a joke. They always overpromise and under deliver on the time it will be ready. It’s ALWAYS quicker to just wait in line and order in store versus ordering in advance. For example, tonight the app said it would be ready at 6:40pm and it was actually ready just before 7. I don’t have the time to figure out their inefficiencies. I just won’t be back.And the reply from Chipotle was a link to their website for me to fill out. Are you kidding me? How about fixing your app ordering process that I just gave specific info about in this review rather than asking a customer to do something else? Learn some customer service skills.

So I absolutely love chipotle. We showed up to eat today, a Saturday at around 3 pm. The food was cold. The dining room had two people sitting and eating in it. It was dirty in there. The floors needed swept, trash was needing emptied and the place just lacked employees care. As we were getting our food the girl making our order literally turned her head and sneezed. Now I know folks are human and we have to sneeze but for crying in a bucket, cover your face with the inside of your elbow. I just felt that with 5 plus employees working they could have had it more cared for in the dining area. Please to whomever the young lady was that made our order just cover your face when you sneeze don't open face sneeze, please.

Lord. I tried this location when it first opened and every few months to give them another chance. It never gets better, the service is horrible, the food is never good, and the place is always dirty. Do you self a favor and drive the extra few miles to the one at the mall.
