This is the cleanest chipotle I've ever been in, for once there wasn't food all over the place. Service was good, food was good, I was pleasantly suprised
Vegetarian options: If you order online it automatically gives you guac if you make it vegitarian, you have to go back and take it off if you don't want it, I'm allergic so it's something to be aware of
Dietary restrictions: Cross contamination gas happened to me multiple times here, it's a risk you take, just be careful
Wheelchair accessibility: Stools are bolted to the ground, counter is high and walkway isn't super wide

The inaccuracy, low quality, and complete lack of any semblance of customer service at this location (and by chipotle in general) is shameful. A restaurant this bad should not be able to stay in business, but because they are a giant chain they will still get plenty of business no matter the reviews. There is a Qdoba right across the street that I would recommend, at least until this place gets their act together.

So disappointing every time. Orders are often wrong or portions of ingredients aren’t correct.
Today I ordered a bowl with double chicken, picked it up in the drive through, only to get home 20 minutes later to find there was zero chicken. I drove all the way back to ask for a new bowl. They specifically asked if I wanted them to add a scoop of chicken and I asked them to remake the bowl since it had been nearly an hour. They said no problem, handed me a new bowl a few minutes later. I just got home to find that it was my same hour old bowl with a scoop of chicken on top of it.
I know the food and service industry is tough so I’ve given it a few chances but this Chipotle location just doesn’t seem to care. It’s a shame since we frequent the area a lot. If you eat here, always check your food before leaving.

1.the chips were definitely overcooked 2. No one seemed to care about the pile of trash stacked on the trash can 3.Asked for a little bit of queso and the guy plops the whole ladle on it 4.it was all a kinda sloppy mess but it gets 3 stars because Chipotle is always good.

So I came in around 830pm, and they crew was cleaning the grills like it was 5 minutes to close. The kid gave me stale corn tortilla shells with a drop of meat on it. I had more salsa than meat! Then, I was told there was absolutely no more cheese. I was very disappointed. However, I did come back in to see the manager the next day, and Rachel bent over backwards to make it right. Thank you Jesse and Rachel for taking the time out to listen. Hopefully, this will be a great teaching lesson for your new crew!;
Parking: Not too many parking spaces for the restaurant.

This location is an absolute joke and is true to the negative memes made online about Chipotle.
Not accurate/reasonable portion sizes whatsoever.
Professionalism is extremely lacking.
The place is dirty anytime you go in.
Pictured is what we have received around 90% of our visits to this location. Mind you these were ordered as “double protein” meals with a “normal” amount of rice/salad/beans requested.
If there was an option for 0 stars, this would be the location winning the zero star gold medal.

This place is absolutely horribly managed. The GM, Devon, is disrespectful and rude. The staff is poorly trained and obviously scared of him. I’ll never go back. This store is in trouble without a management change. Look at ten other reviews.
