Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online and went through the drive thru, picked up my order (which was incorrect by the way) and asked the staff for a water cup because there isn’t an option to do so online. She rudely responded with “we’re not supposed to do this but here” As if asking for a water to drink with my meal was an outrageous request.

I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations and get a water cup every time I go, and this has never been an issue to any staff at the other locations.

This is my favorite chipotle! The staff is incredible and super friendly! I eat here at least once a week. Food is always fresh, staff is always amazing, and the restaurant AND even outside are ALWAYS clean.

They never have the food bins full, I know you're fixing orders, but you have too at some point make it look like your Commercial.

Was in a hurry to grab lunch to go. Upcharge for queso???. $22 for a bowl and a drink. Qdoba is a much better value.

The staff was really rude. The person making our bowls was extremely hateful and kept giving me and my partner mean looks wnd had an extreme attitude when ordering. I have never felt so uncomfortable ordering food in my life. Meat was tough. I will not be going back.

Fast friendly staff

I’ve been to this location twice and I’ve been disappointed twice. The restaurant was nasty with dirty tables and food trays. The food was burnt and none of the employees had an urgent bone in their body. Only one person served us on the line while 3 others stood back and talked and joked. I try to be fair but this place needs to be re-trained or rehired.

If I could give zero stars I would. For starters, the staff are not only rude but they attempted to give me the shittiest portion of chicken I’ve ever had at a chipotle. I asked for a tiny bit more. They gave me a tiny bit more (which would have then equaled a full portion) and then tried to charge me for double meat. When I went to check out I told them it wasn’t double and they threw the bowl away and “remade” the shittiest bowl I’ve ever had. They gave me maybe 5 total pieces of chicken in my bowl and I only had rice, beans, and corn in it. Nothing else. They then tried to get an attitude with me over it when I was checking out. Screw this place and screw paying a billion dollars for it. Bad service, horrific portions, terrible pricing.

I normally don't write reviews for chain restaurants. But looking at all the awful low ratings this place has recently got, I want to highlight my very positive experience today. The staff was friendly and they did not skimp on the ingredients. The place was clean both inside and outside. The taste and quality are as good as any other Chipotle.

This is one of the worst Chipotles I have ever been to. They try to charge you extra for everything even the stuff that other Chipotles don't charge you for. Find a different Chipotle!!

Not sure how this location is so bad. If I were the owner I would fire everyone. My wife did great at not being a Karen. But, why is customer service bad.

The restaurant opened at 10:30am, and we arrived at 11am to get lunch. The bowl was fine, but the add on guacamole w/chips were stale, even though the bag states, made fresh daily, which is obviously false.
