Employees argued the entire time. Employees got rude over basic questions. They didn’t have our pizzas ready. They didn’t have our party ready. When we went to redeem coupons the guy at the register said to redeem them at the prizes. The girl at the prizes said it was the register. She then got an attitude and mocked me. She then yelled at the other girl to switch her. She was able to redeem the coupon for the tickets then explained nicely that the cotton candy one was at the registers. When I went to the register the rude one saw me and ran off until there was a huge line and after ten minutes came back and then got rude again when I asked my child what color he wanted snapping it was only the small sizes even though I said nothing about the sizes. We were supposed to have a party host. Only seen her when I asked to do the ticket blaster. I will never go to this location again. Never in my life and all my time working retail has an employee had the nerve to speak to someone the way she did over a misunderstanding on the mistake on the associates part.

My daughter loves this place but my only complaint is you can't win a lot of tickets at once. Making it impossible for kids to win actual good prizes. They set the ticket limits for the good stuff way to high, its absolutely ridiculous they do that. But overall everything else is fun for the kids.

This Chuck E Cheese is terrible. The bathrooms are filthy, it smells terrible when you first walk in, they don’t check the kids hand when they walk out. I saw 3 children around 8-10 walk out the door and no one said anything. The employees are rude. It took them over an hour to make our pizza on a Tuesday and there were only a few people there. It’s in a bad location and is run down. All the games suck and need updated. More than 6 games were broken and I let them know and they said, people keep tearing the signs down. They never offered to give me any of my points back. I will not be going back.

Wow. We just had my daughter Ritty’s birthday there. The staff were all young but SUPER impressive. Customer service was top notch. Matter of fact, they felt more like family than ‘workers.’ Amiyah was our hostess and she was EXCELLENT. She was very much a part of the party as opposed to a ‘party attendant.’ I have 5 daughters and this was hands down the best party we’ve ever had. The young staff members here really deserve a pat on the back. ?
