Great experience and five star service with Tacha here! The bathroom needed some service, but everything else was great.

Today I had lunch there with friends. Danielle greeted us and we also had Carmen. Danielle asked if we’d ever been there before. One of my friends had not. She asked if we wanted the sauce tour. No one had ever asked that before. We said yes. We got to sample all the sauces before ordering. I found a new sauce to love. Our service and food were excellent. So was the cake!

Danny and Michaela are the absolute BEST! They made everything so easy on our end and were happy to help serve over 100 people and clean up—even leaving leftovers! Chuy’s is my husband and I’s go-to restaurant (we had our first date here!), so having them cater our middle school volleyball banquet was an easy decision. Highly recommend!

Routinely underwhelming over my last 5-6 visits. I used to really enjoy the menu and atmosphere but the quality for the price no longer competes with local Mexican restaurants. They dramatically cut down on menu options since Covid and items like the à la carte “dinner taco” that used to be offered are now off menu and $6.50 of you ask - that’s one taco guys, be serious.

TexMex Chain restaurant. Food was good. Staff were good, but we did have to ask for refills.

Please please please come to the twin cities! Minnesota would appreciate you. Came here with 5 others and had a wait but it was the Saturday after Christmas. Place was poppin! Super affordable and delightful. The creamy jalapeno sauce is mild like a zesty ranch, the salsa was divine, wish I had asked for a to go container of just that. Mild spicy but chinky and delicious. Boom boom sauce was warm and comforting like a good hug. Decor was delightful and whimsical

One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. We chose it because they advertise gluten-free options. When I asked the waitress, she said she had a list and just started rambling things off the list. I asked to see the list she was reading and she refused, saying she wasn't allowed to give it to customers. She had no clue about anything. Said she would speak to the manager and he was printing off a menu. Didn't see anyone forever and he finally came over and gave me his phone with a picture of the menu. At this point, we had already been at the restaurant for 30 minutes without being able to order. There were very few options and it wasn't clear. The waitress told me that the tacos were gluten-free but the rice wasn't. Finally ordered tacos and they were disgusting. Dry chicken, stale taco shells. Besides the fact that I had to tell her my order over and over before she got it right. And it still came out wrong! Never offered a refill, even though the others in our party were. Dirty silverware. This place was a joke.

Love elvis vibes, pictures of dogs and great food. This is the place for you. The Chuychanga is A1. I love the creamy Jalapeños sauce and make sure to try their tres leches cake, it is phenomenal(also a LARGE piece, recommend splitting it between 2 people)

We have been loyal Chuy’s patrons for years now. The food is always top notch. What stood out to me tonight was the service. We were a big part of 8 and our server, Sam, was on top of it 100%. Our drinks, chips, and food were well attended to promptly. I was sharing some fajita quesadillas with my kiddos and he managed to get the kitchen to leave onions and peppers out of two of them so my kids would eat them without complaint. That was such a blessing!

On another note, I noticed a hearing impaired gentlemen come in to eat. The staff knew him, signed to him, and treated him like family. It was super special to see them accommodate to him and take care of him with a smile.

Food was cold and bland, items on the very limited menu were not available, waitress did not seem to know what was available and what was not. We have always lived Chuy's, disappointed to see how the quality has declined.

My partner and i came in for the first time last night ! Jai was our server and she actually had us in a whole conversation about how good of service she was giving us in comparison to what we’ve had from our recent outgoings. absolutely STELLAR service from her , especially being the last hour of being open. (we work late, sorry!) The food also exceeded what we had expected and we look forward to returning !

Was so excited to try this place after all the hype. I am trying to understand where the good reviews came from. Service and food were absolutely terrible. I had to get my own napkins , never asked if we needed refills, my food was cold in the middle. There was so much dust on the ceiling caked on the hubcaps I can't see how it don't drop into people's food. I can say this was the absolute worst service and food we ever had.
