Paid $11 for 4 churros. Bit into the 1st one and it was literally hard as a rock, 2nd one wasn't any softer, so I threw all 4 in the trash. They were so hard that they had to be days old...these were hard enough that you could break a tooth, no exxageration on my part....buyer beware!

Just FYI... this place is located in the front entrance in between Outback and P.F. Changs at Fayette Mall. Great customer service threw and threw, called in an order of Mini Bon Bites due to issues with the app and my order was ready when I arrived.

I was reading some of the reviews the cinnabon are 4.97 boxes have to be chilled or they turn into much and that lady in the picture is not the owner so hopefully you all read this post and see that some of the reviews are not accurate
Too high priced for the 4 pak of cinnamon rolls and $5.57 for just one and they are not that big anymore.

Went to the Cinnabon and highly disappointed they are so cheap they had their employees barely put any cream on top of the Cinnabon and the retail cups that you buy is only a half teaspoon full for almost a dollarWould it kill you to spend the extra penny and Sheldon little tiny cup up?? Will NEVER RETURN

I go here several times a week as I also work in the mall. The rolls are delicious and the staff is delightful. My constant trips to Cinnabon are how I remind myself that there IS good in the world.

I wanted to purchase a 4 pack of the original Cinnabons, they didn’t have any “cold” and refused to sell me any in the front at the 4 pack price. I was told I would have to pay the individual price for 4 if I wanted them? What? That’s crazy, completely unacceptable. If this is the way Cinnabon does business, I’m done, never again!

Terrible service! This lady, aka the owner, is VERY RUDE. My wife bought a drink and she did not like it. I tasted it and it was terrible. I went to get an exchange and this lady gave a huge fuss. She said there’s nothing wrong with it. She proceeded to take the lid off and drank some of the drink! I couldn’t believe my eyes. She said she could refund me but I couldn’t get another drink. I asked her, I want to support but I didn’t like this drink. She said that’s my problem. I took this photo and told her to keep the money.
