Normally the service is very good. What appears to be a shortage in staff gave us a negative experience on our visit in July 2025. The two guys filling our orders could not get the order figured out. I had to explain what was on the receipt twice. They also had bad attitudes and walked away twice. I love the food there, but will have second thoughts about going back!

Fantastic!! Nicest staff ever, too. The hushpuppies are to die for - don't miss out. Every time we have ever ordered food from here, it's fast, fresh, and hot. Consistently delicious, as well. Highly recommend this place! They have a rewards program that really does have great benefits.

I used to rate this bbq chain higher than the local favorites. To me, it just checked all the boxes... including sides, where other bbq places struggled. But now, with their frozen fries instead of the fresh cut, they're no longer special.
