I do not recommend it. They charge you the tip as if it were a mandatory tax.
Bad service..? It took them a long time to bring out 3 plates of food... fajita molcajete was over seasoned...

The place, inside, is clean and bright and colorful, and the food here is some of the best mexican food you can find locally. Certainly the best of any I can think of. I had their seafood pasta - the squid and octopus were fresh and cooked to perfect tenderness, which is a huge testament to the cook's skills. Their house salsa is also wonderfully fresh, and their staff is friendly.
Please try Clamatos. It's a family owned business, and the food is GREAT. You will NOT regret it.

It's been years since I personally have eaten here but their Devils shrimp and margaritas used 2b my usual order. The shrimp were cleaned (a must in order for me to even consider being able to eat them) ,big, and always cooked perfectly. Not raw on the inside or overcooked and chewy-- just right. As for heat factor, they ARE pretty spicy. But they have a good multifaceted flavor. They're hot but not so much so that you can't taste anything other than heat. Their margaritas were delicious as well. They had enough booze in them that it was an actual drink, but not so much so that the drink tastes bad. I moved (kind of) back to the area, so I will be finding out asap.

Very, very bad service. Those waitresses have to be new. And once more they return to the table to see if one of them is offered something else to drink. I am a clamatos customer. And I know they are new. They don't know how to serve. But you charge the tip well. Just sitting around. And flying tongue they pass it.
