1 am diabetic and can only have a sweet treat once or twice per year. I asked my husband for a ColdStone red velvet BIRTHDAY cake for my March 2 birthday. Imagine my surprise when my clueless hubby surprised me with an old Valentine's Day cake from ColdStone, shaped like a heart, with none of the cream icing, covered in chocolate. I didn't get to taste my birthday cake this year. To make it worse, they didn't give him a discount, just told him it was a birthday cake, while selling him a Valentine's cake. I'll request Dairy Queen ice cream cake next time. At least I know what I'll be getting.

Ordered through UberEats because we had promotional credits from another app. The ice cream was missing half of the mix-ins, the mix-ins weren’t mixed into the ice cream but were just thrown on top, and both the quart and pint that we ordered were only 70% full.

Chocolate covered strawberries are made to order and need a minimum of 24 hour notice ahead of time

Ordered a cake five days in advanced plus cupcakes that was supposed to be delivered today , they took my money 60 dollars and when the delivery driver went to go pick up my order they are magically closed. Can't call because the number goes straight to unavailable. I just get a email saying my order was cancelled but guess what my money is still gone. How do you go five days and not tell someone that you couldn't fulfill they're order. Atleast refund my money back. I feel like I've been robbed.

Just delivered our ice creams… not a single mix in on the whole order. Plain coffee icecream instead of mud pie mojo, and plain birthday cake icecream instead of the remix. DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. NIGHT RUINED. writing this location in my burn book

Our favorite ice cream joint. Lots of variety and signature creations, high quality toppings, and a great atmosphere. You can feel your spirits lift just by walking inside. 5 star service and staff.

Pretty disappointed in my Treat or Treat Like it in a waffle bowl. My daughter and I both ordered this, but she ordered the Gotta Have It size. The girl made them both together, and separated them in the bowls. My daughter's bowl was great. Mine had not even a half of a bowl of ice cream with five M&M's in it. Totally took away all of the ingredients that was supposed to be in this. She won't be making mine next time, and if we order the same thing, I will request them to be made separately. What a waste of money.

My friends and I walked in yesterday a bit before close, we didn’t want to intrude on closing but the employees were still very kind and wanted to serve us anyway. One of the employees was pretty chill and gave us a little show tossing the ice cream into the air and catching it for us. The energy in the building was great and I’d happily come back with my group again!

i placed an order at 8pm and got there at 8:15. the store was busy so i was expecting a wait but my order was supposed to be done by 8:23. i understand places get busy and workers get stressed but i sat there for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged while the girl who wasn’t making orders counted her tips. i had to get her attention and was told it’ll be a minute and she continued to count the money on the counter where they prepare waffle cones. my order wasn’t even started until after i said something but i was apologized to for the wait. i get rushes can be stressful and you need a break but this was 2 hours before closing time and the guest should be put first.

The ice cream was basically cold soup and the workers had the personalities of dead fish. Absolutely flatline customer service. Baskin-Robbins is better —BY FAR—.

I'm surprised these reviews aren't focused on the fact that the inside of this store smells like spoiled milk with a side of sewage. It's very bad and immediately noticeable. We visited this store months ago (6 months maybe) and the terrible smell was there. We tried it again yesterday thinking it has SURELY been addressed. Nope -- still smells like month-old spoiled milk combined with backed-up sewage. If there's a manager working in that store, they must have a permanent sinus infection if they aren't noticing the foul smell.I feel awful for the staff that must be nauseated after spending hours with that smell. The ice cream is good, but my family won't go back to this store until whatever is going on in there is sorted out and the place is cleaned up.Please close the store for a day or so, deep clean, call a plumber, and get it fixed.

I think y'all need to do A LOT of customer service training. Especially for Brooklyn. Really unfortunate I will not be getting ice cream from my favorite ice cream again. I can't recall ever being treated so poorly. That girl is rude!!!

None of your business
