I'm surprised these reviews aren't focused on the fact that the inside of this store smells like spoiled milk with a side of sewage. It's very bad and immediately noticeable. We visited this store months ago (6 months maybe) and the terrible smell was there. We tried it again yesterday thinking it has SURELY been addressed. Nope -- still smells like month-old spoiled milk combined with backed-up sewage. If there's a manager working in that store, they must have a permanent sinus infection if they aren't noticing the foul smell.I feel awful for the staff that must be nauseated after spending hours with that smell. The ice cream is good, but my family won't go back to this store until whatever is going on in there is sorted out and the place is cleaned up.Please close the store for a day or so, deep clean, call a plumber, and get it fixed.

Cold stone creamery, where do I begin? Your portions are extremely large and cannot possibly be eaten in one sitting. There are two locations in Kentucky that I know of and I've been to both. Both locations have pretty good customer service and consistent portion sizes. I like the choice of placement. They are near other places to eat which makes it a great dessert option. An overall good experience.

Recently purchased a custom ice cream birthday cake from the Sir Barton store. Ordered and purchased on-line. When I went to pick it up, had issues applying my earned rewards which did not make me happy. The store manager immediately went above and beyond to address the issue and he ensured I was 100% satisfied with the resolution. I am highly impressed and love their ice cream and fabulous ice cream cakes--best in town!! They have certainly gained my business as a satisfied and loyal customer!! Highly recommend!!

No waffle cones. Charged me double for a waffle bowl that was so old and stale the whole thing was as chewy as if it were gelatin based. Rude staff that were too stoned to properly take an order. Dirty store. Waste of time and money.

My husband and I go to this cold stone on Sir Barton Way twice a month and it is typically decent service. Today we dropped in and have never had a worse experience at any icecream shop ever and the young ladies today made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The employees were super rude and downright snarky. I have never left a bad review but thought it would be necessary because the service was absolutely awful. What a disappointment.

I think y'all need to do A LOT of customer service training. Especially for Brooklyn. Really unfortunate I will not be getting ice cream from my favorite ice cream again. I can't recall ever being treated so poorly. That girl is rude!!!

Placed a pick up order. When I got there the girl said they were out of stock and would have to issue me a refund. But she couldn't issue me a refund she would have to text the owner. She said she would do that later. I was very confused on why should couldn't issue it or at least step aside to handle the matter at that moment to assure I got a refund. I do not trust that she will remember later to text someone to get me a refund.

We’ve been to the Cold Stone Creamery on Sir Barton Way near Lexington twice in two weeks. We love their treats! The first visit was March 1st in the early afternoon. We were served by a young female. I haven’t noticed her name because no name tag was visible.Both times she was rude and very unpleasant. It appears she hates her job and it shows. An ice cream parlor is supposed to be happy and fun. She is anything but that. The second visit was March 4th in the early evening. Again, she was unpleasant and very unfriendly.Please get someone in there that smiles, says welcome to Cold Stone and isn’t so miserable behind the counter.
