If you ACCEPT an order that's "outside of the delivery area," maybe go ahead and eat your mistake instead of taking it out on your customer. Especially when its somewhere you've delivered in the past. Or at least accept responsibility for your mistake. One of my favorite restaurants in this town even before I moved here. But there are definitely plenty of others who will appreciate the business you're losing.

Columbia Steakhouse catered my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at our church and it went amazing. Greg Pin was so easy to work with and provided everything that we needed. Willie, another caterer did great. Our guests raved about all of the food and drinks, as well as service.
Ordered the steak tip salad and completely exceed my expectations. The salad was very fresh and there was more steak on it than expected. also I asked for rare... perfectly cooked. I'm used to a soggy lettuce bed when I order a salad for delivery and was really amazed with what I got. I would definitely recommend!
