Went to cookout on 12/7/25 and went through the drive thru at about 11:25pm. The person handing me my milkshake vaped and blew the vape juice in my face as if I wouldn’t notice. Absolutely disgusting and will not be back to this location.

Ordered the tray, they gave me 4 onion rings and a box of already cold fries. The burger didn't stay warm very long either. Couple with the need to have a bodyguard join you after dark, and it makes for frustrating experience.

I went through the drive through around 2 am. First time going. Pretty simple. 2 drive throughs. They quickly took my order and then gave the food to me. In and out within 8 minutes, which is amazing considering how packed they were for a Saturday night.

Hire an engineer, fix the never-ending drive-through debacle. So dumb. People waiting 40 minutes in the actual line just so they don’t have to go into the drive-through, that’s not really a drive-through and makes you go around the building and wade through traffic twice. The obvious temporary fix, would be to copy Chick-fil-A, and walk food out to the second drive-through.
