Copper Roux was the perfect spot for our small wedding and reception. I worked with Dana from my first visit to the see Copper Roux through the day of my wedding.
She was so kind and helped us execute our spooky-gothic wedding. The food and drinks were amazing and Cherry our bartender was such a delight. I lost my voice and she made me a hot citrus tea at the end of the night!
All of our guests talked about how elegant the place looked and complemented and talked about how amazing the food was. The staff were amazing. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. If you are thinking of booking here, do it! This was an amazing experience and I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen.

Copper Roux hosted our daughter's rehearsal dinner. They were very reasonably priced and the food was delicious! They were easy to work with and their staff the night of the event was awesome! They made sure we had everything we needed and that we were taken care of throughout the evening. I would highly recommend Copper Roux for your event!

We hosted an Innovative Educator Awards Luncheon at Copper Roux in May. The staff was communicative, accommodating and helpful throughout the entire booking and planning process. The space was set up exactly as requested, and the food was delicious. This is a beautiful space, and we will definitely return for future events!

This could have been so much better… After researching multiple wedding venues, we decided on Copper Roux. The pricing seemed reasonable, and it was located in a place that was accessible to our guests. We met with our coordinator Dana multiple times and discussed the buffet menu. We met her to discuss the billing and to make sure we had everything taken care of so that we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. During the week before our wedding Dana let us know she had a more important event to attend and would not be available or present at the reception. We took that as the first sign of unprofessional behavior. On the day of our Wedding, things as simple as presenting a slide show on the TVs in the hall were still not settled until we had a member of the Band walk the staff through how to deal with their own A/V equipment. Even though we got that in order, the best was yet to come. Imagine being the Bride or Groom at your wedding and having your guests ask you how they can get a drink or food from a paid bar and buffet? It got to the point that we needed to have a member of the band telling people when they could go to the buffet and when the bar was open and available. “Table 7” you are ready. We asked for a cake cutting…and both the Bride and Groom were walking around asking for help when we were ready. “Hello” Ghost Town for Servers and Bartenders… Seems they didn’t get the memo to not go on break together. The absolute “best” part must be the billing. Be prepared for a few additional addons. We were charged an additional $500 room charge an hour that never appeared in any of our conversations with Dana. That may have been acceptable if it was bundled with a staff charge…but the funny thing about the other 2k service charge is that they made sure it didn’t include any Tips for the staff. Don’t take a chance here. We had a phenomenal wedding, but this experience here is telling us to leave a warning for anyone else.

QUIET AND COSY, BUT IT DOESN'T EXCLUDE TO PLAY MUSIC OF YOUR OWN CHOICES. IT HAD BEEN SAID THAT THEY DO VISUELS AS WELL, BUT UN FORTUNATELY I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING VISUAL. I DIDN'T SEE ANY,SCREEN BUT HAD MICROPHONES AND LOUD SPEAKERS THAT YOU CAN ADJUST THE VOLUME AT YOUR OWN PACE. BUT I HAVE SEEN SOMEONE TAKING THE VIDEOS , THEN THAT EXPLAINED IT, THEY MIGHT BE TAKING VIDEOS AS WELL. THAT PLACE IS NEAT, I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO GO TO THEIR BATHROOM TO BE SURE OF IT. My 45th Bryan Station High School held our clasx reunion here for the second time this year. The reserved and showed was about 120 ( I think). The committee selected great finger foods from the catering menu. Could self decorate with our colors and such. An alumni spinned the music and the Congo dance line filled the dance floor. Glad our Réunion Committee found this location.
