We ate Thanksgiving dinner here. I usually love Cracker Barrel, but this time it was a disappointment! The turkey was good but the dressing was so wet and mushy. The sweet potato casserole was very blah. All you could taste was orange juice in it. However, our server was wonderful. It was only his second day on the job.
He was very attentive and took care of our every request. Wish I could remember his name! I'd do a shout out for him.

This Cracker Barrel at the Exit 115 Mile Marker was a great experience for us on Thursday, 12/1. We received a Welcome Greeting, Our server Michele was very prompt told us of the specials they had which we both ordered. Even checkout was pleasant. Can't say enough about these folks. We will definitely make a stop again. Stop and see them!

Thought I would try Cracker Barrel again. It has not improved it's food. The chicken and dumplings needs much improvement . Basically a very bland meal. The dumpings were just douwey bloobs. Carrots were good. The meal was not hot, just warm.

Overall service was good Stephanie B put my order in exactly what was requested and kitchen crew did exactly what was requested. Did take alittle longer to get my receipt but over all service was good.

I've been a customer of Crocker barrel for over 20 years and always had exceptional food service and great atmosphere.I now work there for about a 1 week now.And I absolutely love it.I started on as a cook , still in training but absolutely love it!

The food at Cracker Barrel was genuinely good, and the portion sizes were great. However, the service definitely needs improvement. We waited about 15–20 minutes just to get a drink refill, and it took around 40 minutes before our food even arrived. Several tables that were seated after us received their meals well before we did.

When we were finished eating, we asked multiple servers for a to-go box and still ended up waiting another 20 minutes before finally getting one.

Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the long waits and lack of attention from the staff made the experience frustrating. I hope management can address these issues, because the kitchen is doing a great job — the service just needs to match it.
