In Lexington for a weekend visit and happened to end up here for dinner as a group of 7. They found space for us on a Saturday night, never let our glasses go empty, gave insight on the menu, and the food was fantastic. Would definitely go back. Even our picky eater was satisfied!

Nice modern upscale pizza place just outside of Lexington. Friendly staff, enjoyed the decor. Wood fired oven. Ingredients are local and fresh. Loved the crust. Menu options are creative- wanted to try several but have only one mouth. Would go again next time I’m in the area. Maps says “Bella Forno” but sign at location says “Crust.”

This is place is awesome! We are just passing through on the bourbon trail and stayed near by. Needed a place to eat and saw this. We had the margherita pizza with pepperoni. Also had the meatballs with their special sauce. Desert we had the Boudino. I don’t know what was In it but it was outstanding. Aaron was our server and he was great! Very clean, attentive fast service with great food.

My husband is a pizza fanatic and Bella Forno pizza is at the top of his list (he claims he doesn't have a "favorite" so that's a big honor!). The wood-fired pizza has a beautiful char on the crust - every pizza we've gotten has been really delicious. But you CANNOT come to Bella Forno without getting the garlic knots. I can't explain how or why but they are LIFE-CHANGING. They also come with a selection of amazing sauces. We also really enjoy the burrata appetizer. We've yet to venture into the salads or pasta because we love the pizza too darn much - but I've heard good things. We also got a free panna cotta once for checking in on Yelp and it was creamy and delicious. To top it all off, it's a nice ambiance and we've always had wonderful service.

Great wood fired pizza joint. Handy location if staying at the Doubletree Hotel. I had Alfredo pasta which was great. The bread is excellent as well. My sidekicks had pizza and everyone said that their food was great. Service was good, staff friendly and prompt.

This 1 star is being to generous. My family of 4 visited this establishment on a Sunday after church. They weren’t very busy and we were there for almost 2 hours. We were forgotten about on numerous times. Our drinks were always empty, one of the pizzas order had raw dough pockets, the other was burnt to a crisp. My husbands lasagna was warm at best, mine was cold. When we finally saw our server again he was sorry took the pizzas off. That was it. Which was fine we were beyond done. My husband is a patient man and he was ready to blow. So I called to speak to the manager on Monday after lunch. Wow I see why the service was so bad. He really didn’t care that we had a terrible experience. Did ask us to come back or anything. If that were establishment I would have fired the young man then fired the manager. Whoever is sinking money In this establishment needs to make a change.
Highly recommend shrimp & arugula and our waiter, Jacob, was outstanding! 5 stars! Will definitely be back.

This is the best pizza in the state of Kentucky, hands down!!!!!! The pizza is as close to pizza you would find in Italy!!!!!!! Delicious

Stopped in for lunch and was extremely pleased. Got seated right away. Staff was very nice and made sure we had everything needed. The bread, salad, pizza and desert were excellent! Very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely go back again.
