Was waiting in the drive through earlier and was told they weren’t taking any more orders due to technical difficulties (which is fine i understand that), and so i pulled through to leave and the lady in front of me got her food so I just pulled up to the window to confirm that no orders were being taken and I asked politely and the lady started getting really rude saying “Nope!! No!! No orders it’s not healthy for you!!” Or something and she was banging on the metal window ledge when she said it.. all I did was ask a question, I get you might be having a hard day but why’d you have to let it out on me for??

First of all, we walked in placed look really dirty. Went to order food and didn’t fulfill our orders correctly. The blizzards were literally soupy. No ice, no ketchup. Everyone looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Saved some customers that were walking in and told them to get going and don’t stop there to eat. It was just bad. I’m upset.

This worker lied to us and said free come day ended at 8pm but we went to another location and they were still doing it!!!!

Ordered a 6 piece chicken basket, got all the way back to work to this. A 3 piece with no toast. Literally half of my order was missing! Left a voicemail to speak to a manager because I couldn’t return back to the restaurant, no call back.

Went through the drive through at 9:35-40, and was told they weren't taking any more orders, keep in mind they don't close until 10:00! So we went down the block to Sonic. Don't advertise that you close at 10:00 then turn customers away.

It's hard because their workers are nice as can be and were very professional. Ordered chicken strips meal..My diet coke given to me was an ice tea..they didn't have gravy (told me ahead of time tho, but it was only noon) The Texas toast I love was awful, one was a thin heel (why I'm typing), you serve those?? And my fries were soggy and cold. For $13.00, I was very disappointed. Usually the food is very good, but this was not worth $13.00. But please know the workers were very nice and friendly. Please help your associates keep inventory so we don'tget these meals we pay a lot for. They seem to work hard. I didn't have a heart to go in and complain. It'll be a while before I come back.

Shoutout to Doug, the new manager at this DQ, who let us use all the coupons we had. He was friendly and personable. I never think of going to DQ for anything but ice cream, but I will now.
