Excellent service at this location, great place to pick up from!

It's hard because their workers are nice as can be and were very professional. Ordered chicken strips meal..My diet coke given to me was an ice tea..they didn't have gravy (told me ahead of time tho, but it was only noon) The Texas toast I love was awful, one was a thin heel (why I'm typing), you serve those?? And my fries were soggy and cold. For $13.00, I was very disappointed. Usually the food is very good, but this was not worth $13.00. But please know the workers were very nice and friendly. Please help your associates keep inventory so we don'tget these meals we pay a lot for. They seem to work hard. I didn't have a heart to go in and complain. It'll be a while before I come back.

Shoutout to Doug, the new manager at this DQ, who let us use all the coupons we had. He was friendly and personable. I never think of going to DQ for anything but ice cream, but I will now.

My fiancé just got home from this location and the fries was not done. The lady in the drive thru was very rude. She tried handing out 4 drinks and 4 sundae without any kind of carrier. It was just her and her daughter in the car. The a/c unit is right next to the drive thru ordering thing so it's hard for them to hear. Then, they forgot the buffalo sauce because we had 2 chicken dinner boxes, and made her give them her card back to charge .94 cents for it. This place needs help.

The drive thru employees here will leave you sitting in line for up to 30 minutes around close, then claim “they can’t take any more orders” when they just don’t want to work at close.

Very dangerous situation in women's restroom of scalding temperature water out of both cold and hot sides of sink faucet. Handicap toilet does not meet handicap ADA requirements as is a standard toilet. Both problems are unacceptable.
