Night shift is awful. The guy manager (or acts like he is, heavy set with dark hair) is beyond rude and hateful. I live close by and I spend lots of money at this location. Just this last order, I ordered 3 royal cheesecake blizzards and it looks like vanilla ice cream when mixed up with no strawberries and 1 pc of cheesecake bite. Literally vanilla ice cream with a spoon!!
There's no point in asking them to fix things, the manager just gets hateful and complains.
When asking for a Pup cup for my dog, they act like it's a burden on them.
He definitely doesn't act like he enjoys his job. I wasn't even going to make this review, but this has been my experience with this DQ location for the past several visits. I could be as petty as holding them accountable all the times they didn't turn my blizzards upside-down upon receiving them, but I didn't. I really hope they are able to get some happier employees that have better customers service skills.

I liked the Ultimate Hash Browns with Country Ham but they took it off the menu and added a breakfast bowl. It's not as good and the portion is smaller. Just like everywhere else they are pricey. Just won't eat out that much anymore. Any time you go through the dri e through these people have nasty attitudes. They should be fired.

My 3/4 full medium Oreo blizzard. Older white woman basically threw it at me and slammed the window on my face without saying a word. I was the only customer there. Will definitely be choosing Andy’s custard over this DQ location in the future.

Gabriel was the rudest person that I think I’ve ever met in my whole life. My order was incorrect and he had nothing to give but attitude. Not that one person’s business truly matters, but I will never come back to this location again.

The food here is usually very good and staff is nice but they have got to fix their hours online. They’re constantly closed when their hours say they’re open.

Slow service. Just as it has been last 4 years. Place is a joke

Sat in drive thru waiting for someone to take my order even though they were absolutely dead. Just for her to be rude and tell me they can’t serve what I wanted with no explanation as to why. The overall interaction was just rude and uncalled for.

The one young lady servicing the counter and I think the window did great! But it took time with just her there.

Here's your sign moment when you walk in during lunch and the locals aren't crowding the place. Only a handful of customers dine in and drive thru combined.

Fries were raw, missing part of an order, sandwich was wrong.
