No issues my food was right. Took a little longer than it should have, but I'm happy.Parking: The parking is free, But beware it's near UK And if you park and do not eat there you will get towed!

I got 2 Desserts in the drive thru. I was handed the cone, then the sundae. But no lid on the sundae. I was too busy trying to juggle the cone when I drove off and now my passenger seat is dripping in ice cream. Thanks for not trying! Every other DQ location I have visited has offered a lid at the very least. Most put it on for drive thru orders automatically.

They seemed to be busy with online orders, but were very kind despite this stress, and got the food out in an impressively timely order for the time of night!

I walked in 15 minutes before close. There were 2 people in front of me. The girl at the register took the order of the first person. She then got her phone for almost 10 minutes. Another guy working there had to yell at her to get off her phone & take orders. She took the order of the next person in line then went & got back on her phone. Meanwhile, the first person in line never got his food & had to complain. He left angry. I continued to be ignored & my order was never taken! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Don’t. Even. Bother. Hate to be so negative, but we’ve been here twice and it takes forever to order and then receive that order. Recently were out of chocolate soft serve and previously received a hot fudge sundae with chocolate syrup on it. Obvious that they are severely understaffed.

The food is good, but on multiple occasions, I'll have to sit in the drive thru for 10-20 minutes waiting. And be the only car in line. The staff are nice and helping, though.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen tonight due to rude service from the drive-through worker. I was having a great day and me, and my friend decided to go get blizzards, and the drive-through worker seemed very irritated and pushy with us ordering when there was no one else in line. After we drove to the window, he then open the door and demanded for us to pay in a very rude way. We asked for an extra ranch and he proceeds to tell us that we have to pay for it which is fine but I found it comical, considering he didn’t care to be nice, but he cared to charge us for the extra ranch. Normally I’m not want to leave reviews but this really rubbed me the wrong way and I probably won’t be coming back.

Probably the slowest DQ in Lexington. Took 20min to get my food in the drive thru! At the start of lunch time!

Got a blizzard and it had hardly anything in it. No toppings and wasn’t even full to the top. When I told the person he told me he put 4 servings each in it and wouldn’t fix it at all. Very rude.

You all have changed your ice cream it’s awful. I chucked mine out the window. I will never eat there again because you all changed your ice cream. It’s no longer soft serve. Very disappointed. I’m sure I’m not gonna be the only one. You better change it back like it was getting cheap on people. Ii will ruin your restaurant.

I just witnessed an employee shove a homeless person shopping cart across the parking lot and when I confronted her asking why she did that.she was absolutely proud of what she did. I had parked in the parking lot at 10:30 this morning to wait for the lunch menu to open up which I do every couple of weeks. When I noticed a homeless person approach and start looking through there dumpster. An older female employee came to the door and was telling him he can't do that. The man stopped and pushed his shopping cart up to the side of the door and went in. I assumed that she had invited him in and was going to give him something to eat. Which would of been awesome but instead. He went towards the bathroom and while he was in there another employee came outside grabbed the mans shopping cart and lined it up and shoved it so it careened through the parking lot hit a curb and flipped over. When I went inside I confronted the employee about and she proceeded to yell at me about how they shoot up in the bathroom and trash the place. I told her I will never be a customer at this establishment again. And she replied good and told me goodbye. I will no longer come to this restaurant. I understand they didn't want the person in their store in there bathroom or digging through their dumpster but send them on there way don't gladly ruin what little they have. What went from a chance of seeing kindness, compassion and empathy turned into cruelty and sadness for me.

DQ has the best on the go ice cream cones! But don’t forget about an early morning stop for the twin pack sausage biscuits! Warm, soft buttermilk biscuits snuggled together with savory breakfast sausage is a great way to start the day right.
