Extremely rude employees. Went through the drive through and at the speaker she was extremely rude. Acted like she was so upset that she had to take our order. Then at the window I asked for marinara and she smiled the fakest smile and said “yes of course” wl the chipperest voice ever you could tell she was being a smart ass. Won’t be back. She was young Wl a boy hair cut. I had my clients wl me (which have intellectual disabilities) and they were so upset over this behavior.

I just had the most unpleasant and unnecessary experience at this location that I’ve ever had in years! I initially went through the drive thru to order a blizzard with extra toppings with a request of adding to the bottom middle and top. The employee’s response to this was “no, we blend them through”. I actually asked a second time and he gave the same response. Flabbergasted, I decided to go inside to speak with the manager to perhaps explain what I wanted was extra toppings because I’ve had this made the same way for years and couldn’t understand what the problem was. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a tall, masked, Caucasian male with tattoos on his knuckles. I greeted him and asked for a manager and he explained that he was the General Manager- I did not know that General Managers work the drive thru but I digress, I explained to the employee one last time how I wanted the blizzard prepared and he curtly told me that no one is supposed to prepare blizzards like that and he’s not doing it. His demeanor was so hostile and unnecessary and I couldn’t understand why he had such an attitude! I reminded him that I’m being nothing but respectful and there was no need for such attitude. I then asked for the number to corporate and he told me that I can Google it. I asked him for his name and he replied, “I don’t have to give you that.” Being the greedy person that I am, I STILL asked for a blizzard, prepared however he wanted this time and his response was, “No! You can go!” I immediately left lol. My sister later entered the store and he was rude to her as well! As we were pulling out of the parking lot, we see that same rude employee run to the door towards us. Puzzled, we stopped the vehicle to see what he wanted, I guess he wanted to take a picture of us. I don’t know why as we were not making any trouble. If you have cameras please review them and you will see that his hostile and argumentative demeanor was unwarranted. I refuse to believe that this employee was actually the General Manager of the store. He has absolutely NO people skills, is hostile and his customer service is abysmal! These are not the qualities of someone that I’d want running my franchise. I normally would suggest coaching on his behavior but if he actually IS a general manager, he should be removed from his post and reassigned. There was truly no reason for him to behave the way he did, especially when all I was asking for was extra toppings that I pay for all the time.

Wow, rude. I wanted to use the restroom before ordering food since I'd been driving several hours, but no, the POLICY is I have to stand in line and order first. Hard pass, McDonald's has no such issue.
Note: I don't look homeless either.

Came to the drive thru today. The store was dead with only a couple cars in the parking lot and only me in the drive thru. I was told to "hold on" for 6 min in order for me to place my order. Then I waited at the windows for another 5 mins. No one greeted me, asked for my money, said my order was being prepared.....

Service is very slow. I was the only person inside and took 10 minutes for employees to even notice I was there, and 5 more to take my order, I was late getting back to work, I like dairy queen , but I will not be back to this location

As soon as you open the door to enter this establishment you are greeted with the most nauseating odor of burning grease! They need to deep clean the restaurant It shouldn't smell so bad always

I rarely complain about service. I've worked in food service. I also have been in customer service and sales for many years.

For the owner of this location, I recommend you watch your employees closely as I think they're driving away repeat customers.
I've stopped at this location 6-8 times over the past few years. Every time I order extra strawberries in my strawberry blizzard and every time I ask if they will mix it extra well. The blizzard is never mixed very well, often it's undermixed and full of huge portions of vanilla. It didn't look like I got any extra strawberries today and was definitely undermixed. Lots of vanilla in the top. Then I did find the strawberries. They were all in the bottom.

The staff commonly make me feel like they're in a hurry even when I'm the only car in the drive through. My 15 year old even said it made her feel like they didn't want us to be there.
So we won't be going there any more. I'd rather buy a different brand of ice cream at a grocery store.

The most horrible service I have ever encounter. There's a white tall guy who have a black stuff on his face. He is so rude and a racist. He disrespect me just because I was trying to ask for a deal at the door and he was inpatient and said he wasn't serving me anymore. I have people I take care of and they have separate card I use when ordering their food, but each time I get there this guy is never patient and being rude and disrespectful. This location needs to do more. I have videos of him being disrespect and will post it

My burger was cold and bland, my fries were cold and soggy, the shake was not what I ordered. It tasted cheap and bland. This was an over priced disappointment.
