Food was old, cold, and dry. probably sitting there for hours before they assembled it. messed up my order, and missed items from my order.

We couldn’t get anyone to wait on us at the counter! Apparently you have to go through the drive-thru to get service. We stood at the counter and the man and woman that was supposedly working (10/14/25 @ 4:30pm) just ignored us and yes they knew we were there. Terrible, lousy DQ!

So why is it every time we come here we order hot fudge Sunday and banana split all chocolate icecream they are always don't have chocolate icecream.We come here every week and get tolds this time. And this young man was very rude

The crew working tonight definitely didn't want to do their job, I was missing a pretzel in my order and also my brownie heath wasn't made right. Brownie just thrown on top and when I got to the window I was informed they didn't have heath but I think it was pure laziness. Don't advise going at 9:30pm

Musgendered me and handed me a male bathroom key even though I'm female. Dressed as female and my ID says female. Lady looked at me and said deal with it.

The workers are not nice here and wait time for two blizzards over 10mins and did a mobile order this is ridiculous and get handed melted ice cream.

Cashier was super rude I ask for extra napkins because my cones where messy and she literally gave me one napkin I would never go back to that location and the service sucks

The drive thru was blocked by a semi whe I arrived so I had to go inside where the floors were quite sticky. The employees seemed like they hated their lives and were less than thrilled to have to take your order. I ordered 2 Blizzards and a shake and had to ask for a cup carrier in order to get them to my car. They also did not give me a straw for the shake. A little forethought from the employees would have been nice.

One of the Blizzards was a soup consistency so I guess the days of holding the cups upside down are long gone.

I will not return to this location and do not recommend it to others.
