So today at 9 o’clock I went to Dairy Queen only to be told that they don’t have time to make the breakfast items which would be pancakes, I work in a customer service job to me This is not normal and I’ve seen others complain about the store as well. In the reviews it’s obvious. I close my store at 7 o’clock but if a customer comes in at 6:55 I tend to that customers needs. I don’t send them away to another store that is open until 8 o’clock. I do it myself. Take a hint obviously the people at the store are not doing it right. It would be a totally different situation if they did not have the materials, but I specifically asked and was told no I do have them just not the time to make them. I ended up not ordering at all.And don’t mind the poor Grammar and punctuation. I used talk to text to save time.

Just drove out of town, kiddos wanted some fries and we ordered 3 large fries only to be told the kitchen was closed @9:35pm when they close at 10pm. Aside from that the girl talking was extremely rude saying they only serve ice cream before closing. So disappointing when they lie and no one cares.

Ordered a Chilli dog and, the hamburger meat was old and black!!! Why would serve a customer something like that? No, I wouldn't and everything should be fresh! I don't care how much it cost. ???? One time I was trying to order some breakfast for my mom, and a lady came out and changed the sign from breakfast to lunch. I still had time to order breakfast. I even called their corporate office, and no one has said anything to this day!! ??.

They have decent food and service but don’t ever expect to be able to use the lobby cause it’s never unlocked? I mean it’s just sad cause I’ve came to this DQ about 4-6 times and it’s always been locked I just don’t understand why they have a inside lobby if you can’t use it.

Came threw craving the Chicken Box , but only breakfast ,my heart was broken ? then a voice came across and said "if you don't mind to wait I'll fix it! " ? And they did!!! And it's PERFECT!!! Paid $10.59 full price for a chicken strip basket. They handed me the box, I open it and asked for a dipping sauce. They didn't even give me my gravy. Then when I asked for it, they said they didn't have any. But I can get dipping sauce. I just asked for a refund. If I hadn't opened the box, I would have went home with just chicken and fries.

We left the food on the counter after we got a refund. The reason was when I questioned the price of the 6 piece chicken strip basket. She let me know real quick that she was right. We were using a coupon for $3 on the 6 piece. We did have to order separately because only one coupon per customer. That's another strange policy. The mgr. Krystal or Crystal she refused to tell me how to spell her name when I told her I would be reporting her for her rude behavior.When my husband and I were leaving she said why don't you learn how to read a coupon. I replied back why don't you learn some customer service. I believe you also need to train her on being a mgr. if that is what she is. I also told her to keep my 4 piece chicken strip basket. She costed the restaurant close to $20. We won't be back until customer service improves and she gets some training. I did notice that her attitude could have been caused from the fact they didn't seem to have enough help. She looked a little put out about her job and dealing with customers. You might want to find another restaurant like one that sells chicken at a reasonable price without a coupon.

I still can't believe the woman who said she was the mgr. If this is true she needs lots of training. I wouldn't let her run my restaurant. My husband and I ordered separate because the coupons that we had were only good for one per customer. My husband ordered the 6 pc. chicken strip basket. We read that the coupon included the drink. You would get $3 off. Long story short you had to buy the drink in order to get the $3 off. The mgr. Crystal who really wasn't sure if her name started with a C or a K. I did question the total which was $9. 49 . When she told me that I needed to learn to read the coupon, that when I told her to refund our money on my husband's order as well as mine. This is after she had them ready. If this restaurant wants to stay in business you might want to hire a mgr. that has customer skills. This lady lost the restaurant close to $20 when we walked out. It could have been a bad attitude on her part because she seemed to be in need of help and a better attitude. I won't be back and I would suggest you might want to think twice yourself.

Appears to be completely hit or miss depending on the workers. At times I've had a great burger and fries, reasonable ice cream, clean restaurant. This evening, the entirety of the floor was sticky, my order was wrong (I threw out the burger portion of dinner) and they printed a receipt after asking me whether I wanted one.While there are good workers there, I will be reliably taking my food choices elsewhere ; It's not worth trying if I'm going to bed hungry some nights.
