Does this specific establishment have a different number that can be called? I need to speak with someone. Every time I've tried to call it goes to voicemail. I do not want to leave a voicemail.
The lady working the drive thru at Palumbo drive Lexington was extremely rude and unfriendly.

Every morning. Never fails that google says they’re open at 7am but doors remain locked and no one answers in the drive through until 7:40ish. Not coming back

I bought a royal New York cheesecake blizzard here, when I got said blizzard, there was Oreos in it and peanut butter from the last ones she made, meaning she did not clean the mixer at all. Don’t order treats here if you have food allergies they don’t take cross contamination seriously or follow store rules in that regard. Lady that took my order was super rude also, rolling her eyes and scoffing.

Sat at drive through menu for 5 minutes nobody ever came on. Drove around and nobody was working but there were cars in the parking lot.
Typically I have a great experience but tonight not so much I ordered on door dash and my order had arrived completely wrong I work in the food industry so i know exactly how this goes my receipt on the bag had my name and correct order but in my bag was something totally wrong so I drove up to the establishment right away given I may have not had the best attitude had a terrible day and finally get to eat but can’t because its nothing i ordered when I get there I go in the very sweet red haired lady that always takes my order considering I go there very often was working very had in the drive thru and the very big very nasty rude and distasteful manager I assume was sitting behind the line I assume organizing things in a cabinet and while the red haired girl was running around she very rudely said I have people standing behind me and had her help us until she heard me say I would like a refund she immediately
Stood up and sighed and told me she could not do anything about it I would have to contact door dash even though it wasn’t DoorDash or the drivers fault kinda ridiculous if you ask me I think the red haired lady needs a raise and the big blonde lady needs a new job!

Horrible Service!!! I was 2nd car in drive thru line waiting to place order, and kept waiting and waiting and waiting (almost 10 minutes efore car in front of me was able to place order). I then pull up to place my order, and the waiting continued with no one asking to take my order or even saying a word. I turned to my friend in car and said this place is horrible. The employee then says thru drive thru speaker in a smart ass tone that she is the only person working, and she will get to me when she can. At this point there are 4 more cars behind me in drive thru line, so i cant back out, and unfortunately this location set up does not have space to get out of line to drive forward (you are basically stuck there and have to deal with the slow service).
Then she finally took my order, still with her smart ass tone, and when i got to window, paid for it, and she handed the food to me, I said THANK YOU, and she didn’t say a word, no acknowledgment or anything. Maybe if this employee would let people know ahead of time at the drive thru speaker that there is a wait due to being only person working, instead of letting people sit there for long periods of time with nothing said, that would help the customers just sitting there not being acknowledged. And I get she is the only one working, but that is not the customers fault, and she could honestly learn some customer service skills to help her deal better with this kind of situation.
