Drive-thru the slowest in town. Waited almost 30 mins behind just two other cars. Around 2p on a weekday.

The cashier was nice.

Slowest and worst DQ in the state of KY.
Employees will go smoke while your sitting at speaker waiting to give them your order. Once they finish smoking they'll take your order. Once at the window they ignore ya and just stand there talking to each other rather doing their job. Shut the place down if the owners can't run it like it's supposed to be ran. Either way need to get rid of this franchisee.

If you aren't going to be open at 6:am as posted on the door then you need to change the sign. It would save people the trouble of stopping.

We stopped by this location this evening at 9:40. The employee ‘working’ was in the parking lot talking to her friend and clearly mad to have to come inside. We had just left the emergency vet where we had to have our dog euthanized and stopped to get our heartbroken children some ice cream. We ordered three blizzards to which the employee responded that the ice cream machine was down and did not offer any other choices. Yeah right, what a jerk.

This place needs shut down!!! One day there is a fire so they have to remain closed… okay fine but no signs anywhere stating that. The next visit 2 weeks later… it’s 7:45 in the morning not open what a shock right!!!! The following day in drive thur for 10mins before they even took the person in front of me order… waited another 5 mins and they still hadn’t came back to take mine….. today 11/20/24 they couldn’t serve anything with meat…. Like really… can we just do the public a favor and shut this location down!

When i arrived at the site was quick on getting the order. once i got to the window they said they had to make the whole order fresh and they did. when i was eating my meal the food looked to be cooked. later in the day shortly after eating there i came down with food poisoning. I know it was from here as I had not had anything to eat prior to this. I also missed a day of work due to the food poisoning. I am back to work today but not back to 100%. The workers upfront were not preforming any kind of food safety practices or maintaining any kind of food safety protocols. had their personal cellphones out, sitting on counters, no hair nets or hats on. I used to come to this location religiously and used to work in the shopping center. I have heard recently from very close friends how disgusting this location had gotten when i posted on facebook about me getting food poisoning from poor food handling. even a recent employee there told me the District manager, GM, or any Associate managers do not care so they quit because no one there cares about the customers, food safety, or Jobs there.

This DQ is so slow. I come because it’s the closest one to my house but I always end up waiting 25+ minutes for a pickup order that was placed ahead of time to prevent exactly that… told 2 minutes for fries and waiting 15..
workers arguing about who the fries were for, whether it’s for the front waiters, (4 of us) or the drive thru.
Then when I checked my order, quietly to myself, a worker yelled at me “it’s all in there ma’am”
I’m checking because it all wasn’t in there before… do better DQ.

The burgers are good ..but they are always short staffed..seems every time I go there ..there is only 2 people working the whole store..makes for bit of a wait but you can't blame the two who Naresh working there

I ordered a Large Malt, but was informed they were out of large cups.
The waitperson said I looked "devastated," so they fixed it with magic.

Kid-friendliness: They don't kick kids out.

2nd time I have been here in the past 2 weeks. The sign where you order says “ if we don’t give you your blizzard upside down, the next one is free”
This was the second time that they didn’t give me any blizzard upside down, nor would they have been able to without making a mess. As you can see in this picture, all the blizzards look like they’re about to melt out of the cup.
That being said, they were still delicious.
