Consistent with value and service. I try my best to avoid their burgers/fries and Blizzards… but I just can’t. Will continue to go to them?

Slow service, nice when I have gone inside. Appeared agitated when Ive gone thru drive thru. I have also noticed they tend to wait till they comolete on order completly before taking another order at the drive thru. If I see two cars in line I just keep on going. Because the wait it crazy.

The lady running food was amazingly kind and helpful today. The place had an odd odor however, and that was off putting a bit. Food was as expected so no complaints there!

SLOW, RUDE,and the manager did not like when I told her her and her co workers suck. You know what’s going on here? The owner is scared of his or her manager. Because nobody with balls would tolerate this nonsense

Slow slow slow slow. Just close the restaurant if you can’t serve customers in a timely manner.

The Manager on Duty around 8pm in 8/23 was extremely inconsiderate and rude. I am visiting my parents from the west coast and was excited to have DQ again since we don't have one where I live. Before leaving the house I went in the app and placed an order online. I was given 2 choices to get my order- pickup inside or drive thru. I selected pick up and parked in the pickup spot . The email I received instructed me to head inside after 8:09 and get my order from the pick up station. When I went to the door I noticed all entrances were locked. There was no mention of this on the app and no signs were posted. The MOD came out to talk to a car that had pulled forward from the drive thru. I tried explaining to her that the app instructed me to go inside or asked if she could at least bring it to me. There was a line of about 15 cars and she told me "get in line like everyone else. " which I would have if I had selected drive thru for order pickup. Wasn't the whole point of placing an order for pickup and prepaying so you can get the order at a specific time. I tried explaining to her the options that were given to me on the app and the email I received, and she waived me off and said " I don't know nothin bout that". I never come into town maybe once a year and all I wanted was a blizzard that I prepaid for through the app. 40 minutes later I still did not have the blizzard. I ended up leaving because I had to pick up other food for my parents and couldn't wait. Again, that was the whole point of placing that to go order. If they didn't want people to use pick up inside as an option and then they need to communicate that with the appropriate people so they can disable that option on the app. She was just really rude and kept mentioning how she's training someone. Not sure what that has to do with anything. Not sure where the orders go but I did place it through the app online and pre-pay for it so my order has to just be sitting there somewhere and she never took the time to look it up or offer to bring it out to me or make up for the inconvenience and lack of communication. There were so many better ways this could have been handled. She should not be a manager for obvious reasons. I have to wait for this transaction to post so I can dispute it on my credit card.
