Pull up to the drive thru speaker and was greeted with "thank you for choosing dairy Queen, what can I get you real quick, we close in a few minutes" by a girl with an attitude. I was confused and replied with "I'm sorry" and once again replied "what can I get you real fast, we're about to close". I ordered a simple cheeseburger and got home to it being barely lukewarm. The time was 9:54pm. No customer should feel that they are doing wrong coming to a place that is still open to serve. While a place is open, food should be made with the care it would be if it was 12 in the afternoon.

Why was the dining room closed at 7pm on a Sunday? I wanted to come in for a bite. Didn’t order.

Owning this Dairy Queen could be profitable if they actually served their customers. I live very close and pass it often and everyday I see people backing out of the drive through and extremely long wait times for the poor souls that choose to wait.

This is the 2nd time we have been to this DQ and it is also the 2nd time they have forgot items . The dude through the intercom was rude and did not let me finish a single sentence during my order .

My blizzard should never look like soup. It was leaking so bad that the cardboard cup holder is soaked and if I didn't put my hands to the bottom of the cardboard my blizzards would have fell through they should never look like soup it's ridiculous you're supposed to be able to flip them upside down before handing them to the customers and they did not!!!! The work is there act like they didn't even care. I would never get bullshits from there again I will make the extra 10 minute drive to get them somewhere else.

Less than an hour ago, I just went through the drive through at the Landsdowne location in Lexington, KY. The pumpkin pie blizzard was fairly good. I came home ate one chicken strip of the 4-piece basket that I had ordered. It was horrible; the strips were extremely small sized & dry as wood. My last visit several months ago was similarly bad. I tolerated it. The chicken quality was not near as good as last year …Today, it was so bad that I called to complain… One cannot get through…they won’t pick up. I think I’m done with DQ. Unless, DQ goes back to serving quality food, I expect they won’t last… I never thought I’d see this day when DQ ripped their customers off. Ppl, save yourself the trip. You’ll be disappointed.

I’ve had issues with the biscuits being hard as rocks but last Friday night 8/29/24 I think I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard and it was delicious but a couple of hours later I got the worse stomach issues I’d ever had! I got food poisoning from the blizzard. I’ve never felt like I was dying before but I thought I was literally dying. I couldn’t even talk I was so sick! I will never get another thing from this store again because of that one terrible experience!!!! And I live around the corner.so very inconvenient but idc .

I requested extra cocoa fudge in my blizzard. When they handed it to me and I could easily see the vanilla ice cream still, I requested they add more. The worker stated they already had and told me the white was the whipped cream…. When I kindly replied the ice cream didn’t even look chocolate let alone have extra, they closed the drive through window and walked away. The blizzard did not taste like it has chocolate at all and I am offended by the customer service standard.

I always ask for extra peanut butter and I get it maybe half the time, but charged every time. They also never have the same prices. I'll order the same thing every time I go and every time they charge me something different. I don't get it. But staff is always friendly, and the line can be REALLY slow after dinner. They also are the first Dairy Queen to close in the city. They close like an hour earlier than the other ones in Lexington. Kind of a bummer when you're craving DQ.

Employee in drive thru was exceptionally disrespectful. I do not recommend this location or Dairy Queen as a whole. Please choose any other available fast food chain.

Always had fresh fries n chicken. The workers always was nice, there snickers blizzard as well as the peach cobbler was good n the boys loves there pup cups to boot. Went inside and workers was in appropriate DQ uniforms and due to it being a rather busier night i have to say it was cleaner than i expected because lobby was full of customers wanting ice cream.. Over all experience was rather nice..
