I hired DaRae and Friends Catering for a wedding! Wow! I could not have been more pleased. They did an exceptional job. They are total professionals, great food- all the guests raved. Excellent servers and chef! Thank you to DaRae and Friends!!!!

I am so happy I hired Darae and Friends Catering for my wedding cocktail hour and reception. The food was so delicious and the service was incredible.

DaRae and friends recently catered our wedding reception at the Signature Club of Lansdowne for a group of around 140. My family loves to cook and know what good food tastes like! The reception meal was served family style and the food was amazing. The servers did an outstanding job for the evening and I had numerous comments from friends and family that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding reception. I agree! My favorites were the shrimp grits and the scalloped potatoes! So yummy. Vicki with DaRae was so helpful every time I called with questions. So pleased with the night, the food, the service! Highly recommend DaRae and Friends for your next catered gathering.

We hired DaRae for our wedding. She was kind and inviting at the tasting and worked with our budget. The food was always delicious - during our tasting and during our wedding and our guests enjoyed the food. The biggest issue was our cake never got served to our guests…very very few guests got served cake to the point that we had 10 sheet cakes leftover. Additionally, the appetizers were not passed in the fashion that we discussed and therefore were wasted because none of my guests knew they were available. When we tried to discuss this with her and her staff after the wedding in a respectful way, our calls were never returned after they said they would. Overall, the food was good, and the individual in charge of our event was kind and tried his best. But there were issues that resulted in wasted food and money on cake and on appetizers. I don’t typically write reviews on things, and DaRae herself was kind, but the fact that there were several issues on the day of and no follow up was very frustrating for my parents and I. Giving her 3 stars because the food was still good quality, but I found myself very disappointed in lack of execution in the service.

Derae’s catering did a fantastic job with my Thanksgiving dinner event. The food was the best we have had from any catering service over the last 3 years. The delivery driver was fantastic, he was friendly and helped set up. I did struggle a bit to get a confirmation email or invoice in the beginning… but other than that the experience was fantastic. Thank you!

They catered our team's Thanksgiving breakfast celebration. Not only was the food DELICIOUS, but the experience, service, and delivery was out of this world! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!!

The food and service are out of this world!We have had the distinct privilege to work alongside the Darae & Friends Catering team for years and they continually get better! We worked with the team at the Signature Club the past 2 weekends and -- WOW! Amazing both times!The perfection of the hors d'oeuvres last Saturday were impeccable. After having the Stuffed Mushrooms, Bacon Wrapped Chicken, and the Bruschetta, and we recommend you order all 3!!! They were so scrumptious! Don't even question it. Book them! They just catered our 200+ person wedding. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful & their timing was spot on. Every guest was tended & catered to & we have had endless compliments on them. All of these things are critical in helping a large wedding to be a success, but none of it happens without a stellar team-and they have nailed it! Every single person from the bartenders to the chefs to the servers was a pure delight. They laughed, smiled & truly cared about the needs of everyone there. We are truly grateful for them! Thanks so much for being a part of our absolutely perfect day!

Excellent as always!!!

DaRae is creative and accomplished! They have catered two weddings, a large (100 people) party at our home, and people raved about the food! They have also catered high-level business receptions for me. DaRae creates unique and beautiful dishes, and her cooks/servers are wonderful and friendly. She also created a Willy Wonka themed formal Gala dinner for over 600 guests, and shines with small gatherings as well. They are my absolute go-to! Highly recommend!
