Tremendous. I got the pork-out plate. Pulled pork, both spicy and Mild kielbasa and ribs plus two sides. Ample portions, and I would 'pit' the quality of this barbecue against any of the best in the seven states I have lived. Even Kansas City. The cook here is a pro. Do yourself a favor and make a special trip.

Placed an order through GrubHub last night. Just before it was supposed to have arrived, about 40 minutes after we ordered, Dickey's cancelled the order without explanation. We were starving and we had to place a second order at a different place and could have saved an hour had Dickey's been more organized and honest. This is my only experience with this restaurant. Boo Dickey's!
My favorite is the westerner, and tater salad is excellent also.Parking: Large multi business parking lot.

Dickey’s BBQ is the perfect way to go for a tailgate! Dickeys accommodated our 15 person order very last minute, and it was amazing! It was very well priced, easy to order and the staff was very friendly. The ribs were phenomenal along with the baked potato casserole and Carolina sauce. Highly recommend for a UK tailgate or any occasion. We will be back!
Dickeys BBQ Pit yummy! I just by accident found this store opening soon and so called family members in Houston Tx for a report before I tried them. Since Louisville Ky has become such a foodie destination and there are some restaurants that already established 100 year reputations I needed some input, I got a good report. Went on to the grand opening today, it was very swamped. Was attended promptly hardly anytime passed got a menu , they have out of this world list of sides not to mention the meat is prepared on the premises smoked and? they Have Brisket!!!!! Also tried sides of green beans, potato casserole and bbq beans well y’all come is all I can say that and it was all delicious, I am going to have to go back cause I barely scratched the service of yum. Also I would like to say the service staff to the back of the kitchen was on a well oiled machine, happy faces, smiled on responding to questions. I felt very comfortable being guided on the menu. All in all was a very welcoming experience with the store and staff had it all under control. Reported all to Texas cousins. Finally some great Tex bbq, this is Diana Stoler pleased and stuff customer, Maybe I should have this instead of Turkey this year,I am a fan.

This place has decent food with okay prices. The customer service sucks. The owner never honor promotions or discounts. He always try to trick you into spending your money. He always tries to get over on the customers, not sure if it's only me he thinks that can't read. Not sure if it's a color issue, because I've seen better service with clear people. I will not give my money for a plate of disrespect. Too many better barbecue establishments around in the city. Dickeys lacks. He didn't know that I'm a food critic.
Absolutely loved this place food was fantastic, had the 3 plate combo with brisket, ribs and turkey, Everything was out standing. I'm a customer for life,

I have been to many Dickey's. Yet this is the first one I visited with zero smoke smell outside or inside the restaurant. There was a true absence of smoke on the ribs or sausage. Tender but missing major seasonings and smoke. Workers are super friendly but missing the Dickey's Sign almost made me go elsewhere and signature seasonings and smoke.

Purchased a rib plate again. Thought I'd give them another chance. Was disappointed again. The ribs were dry and tasteless again. Did not have any seasoning or dry rub. I called and spoke with the man that works the register. He didn't apologize or offer any solution. He talked like he didn't believe me. The ribs tasted like a pot roast baked in the oven rather than ribs cooked in a smoker.
