Distilled is a gem. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile like we were family. We cannot say enough good comments about Padgett, our server. His recommendations were perfect. Distilled is hands down THE best spot in Lexington for a steak (in my opinion), but honestly, you can't go wrong with the pork chop or fried chicken either. I've been here several times, and every visit is fantastic. This time, I switched things up and had the Pork Belly + Brussels Sprouts (normally an appetizer but perfect as a main) paired with truffle fries. Absolutely hit the spot. It's such a cozy little place with absolutely wonderful food and service.
I had reservations for my wife and I as a surprise birthday dinner date for her.
We got seated very quickly, being we were about 45 minutes early.
