Domino's Pizza in Lexington

“Always the best, fast delivery, pizza cooked to perfection, can’t say enough great things about this location. Delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. I’ve lived near here for 8 years now, order pizza about 1X a month, may have had one order wrong (online order so who knows what happened) but 99% of the time, it’s perfect.“

“I ordered some pizzas and the person on the phone was not at the Leestown Rd store in Lexington KY, but said they would be getting my order for pickup there. They did NOT.get my order. Thank goodness for Becky at the Leestown store. She and the wonderful staff there remade my misdirected order right on the spot and saved my granddaughter’s birthday party. God bless all of those there and Becky. I will be back for all my Dominoes food orders still every time!“

“First Experience 2/5 stars: Ordered at 8:28. followed up over the phone twice about the status of the order and was told it was on its way both times. I received the order at approximately 9:50 (almost an hour and half later). The order was utterly incorrect with the wrong size pizza, missing toppings, none of the ordered sauce, and the wrong side dish. Very disappointing usage of $42. The only reason I haven't rated 1 star is because the general manager chose to deliver the order personally. Do not bother responding to this review, I am not interested in ordering from this location any longer.

Edit: The general manager offered me a replacement order and the food I received met my expectations so I've updated my review to 4/5 stars to reflect the customer service I received.“

“I was upset that my order was getting late, however, there was a mistake and the general manager herself drove the pizza to me. That is certainly going above and beyond! And in these snowy conditions. She also refunded me and gave me a credit. She was incredibly kind and one of the hardest workers I’ve met in a long time. They are low on staff but are building staff, so try to be patient. This certainly wowed me.“

“UPDATE TO REVIEW:

The previous review I gave this establishment one star tops . At this time whatever they have done to change. It has been noticed with a wonderful pizzas. They are now serving. The crust are exactly as ordered and the vegetables are fresh in the pizza is hot . Whatever they’re doing in the kitchen something is changed and Big Time kudos to management. I have had three pizzas on different orders and they have been consistent and good.“

“This was easily the best pizza I’ve had in many years! The staff was busy but kind, friendly, and available to help me when I walked in with no wait!! When I asked to add an extra garlic butter to my order I was surprised that it didn’t come with the pizza. Maybe that’s my one bad comment that could be fixed. Still 70 something cents isn’t to bad compared to other places. The manager took the time to add it to my order although I could tell she was busy, she served it with a smile. I am what many would call a pizza Connoisseur so I know good pizza when I see it. The extravaganza had just the right amount of everything. Not overpowering but I tasted each item with every bite. My kids and husband loved it too! Thank you dominos!“

“Brittany and Sam were amazing with service. I ordered last minute and I was beyond taking care of, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service. Brittany and Sam definitely deserve a raise solely because of how I was treated ordering so late. I work in the service industry as well and know how annoying it can be taking an order right before close however, they handled it with nothing but professionalism. Brittany and Sam have my respect. Get them a raise.“

“My Husband and I were having a crappy day,we were cold,hungry, and then there he was Brian with a heart filled smile,awesome personality,who had some warm words to share with us and bought us.
