Ordered pizza approximately 2 to 3 weeks ago. Asked for lite sauce ( grand kids don't like the full amount of sauce) It came loaded with sauce, the grand kids did not like it. I called and told them about it. They gave me a credit for a other pizza. Just ordered the replacement pizza w/ lite sauce for the grand kids. What a disaster, I would not eat it, loaded with sauce. Someone does not know how to take orders or make pizzas. Never no more Dominos.

Everytime I order here ,they are not consistent , I always get a cold pizza , or the driver forgets , the 2 liter , it's always something , then they think cuz they give u a free pizza next time around it'll b ok , untill u get that one cold too , service sucks , the delivery sucks and the distance between lane allen and hummingbird is not that far ,for u to get cold pizza especially when u prepay for delivery n the tip where is the spot for no stars , looks like I'm goin back to jets pizza at least their on time n the pizza is hot, I rather pay good money for hot n great pizza

It's always running within the time frame that says usually pretty chilled ppl and hot as fire if u make there when the pizzas are coming out dnt wait more than 12 mins to go get order or it'll get cold they aren't sitting in warmers or heat lamps but great job nevertheless

Order from them all the time, always good pizza and quick delivery. Also, the coupons and free stuff with points from the Domino's app are always good value
I placed a $40 order via the Domino’s app to be picked up at this location at approximately ???. I stopped at the location to go inside and get my pizza. The doors were locked. There was an older white male making pizzas who may or may not have seen me but did not address me. In the process of attempting to call the location to tell them I was attempting to pick up my order, a younger black male (only two employees in the store that I saw during my encounter) came to the front and saw me standing and let me in. The younger gentleman was polite during my encounter. During the checkout, the older white male said to me, “Next time, try not waiting until we close to place an order.” Needless to say, I had a few words for him that were neither nice nor polite. First of all, I placed my order on the app. If you have an issue with how close the app allows someone to place an order to closing, take that up with Domino’s. That’s not my problem. According to Google, they’re open until 10:00 p.m. for carry-out but open until Midnight for delivery so it’s not like I’ve kept them from going home. You’re still making pizza just the same. I just spent $40 here and you’re wanting me to feel bad for it? I wished I would. You applied for this job. You came to the interview. You accepted the position. If you don’t like it, get to packing. I’ll be going in-person to speak to the in-store manager tomorrow and will still probably be making a call to corporate or a regional manager thereafter.

We order pizza from Lane Allen Domino's from years. Mostly positive experience. Today we ordered again. Husband picked up the order just to find out that pizza and all other things were there, except my plain wings, which were missing. But we had an additional box of (not ordered) parmigiana bites and we thought this was the mistake. He grabbed these additional parmigiana bites and went back to the store. The person throw in the garbage the box with the bites and prepared my wings. My husband came back home, I opened the box and saw there was boneless chicken pieces, again not what i ordered. After all, he eat a cold pizza and bread, and i got these pieces that i even don't like. The guy who made twice these mistakes did not even apologize. Anyway, this is going to be the last our Dominos order. Lane Allen store, Lex. KY, August 2nd, 2024, between 5 and 6 pm.
