Said pan was not buttered, I asked is that well done the guy said yeah! Bullshit! When I got home starting serving my family, I grabbed 1 piece and it broke right inhave! The pizza was raw doughy soggy disgusting! Honestly I will never come back to the lane Allen location! I had to stick the pizza in my oven and cook the while middle of the pizza! Do better, no one wants a doughy soggy pizza!

Red haired female manager was extremely rude and talking to someone on the phone via her headset. I could tell it was a personal conversation. I had already waited for close to an hour for delivery. She was extremely rude and offered no apologies or a refund for the delivery cost that I had already paid for and then had to pick it up myself. This use to be a great location for 10 years. Not any more. One pizza crust was burned on edges and neither had hardly any cheese. If I owned this location, I wouldn't have her cleaning bathrooms let alone being a "Manager"

I ordered from this Domino’s at least two or three times a month. I always do a carryout order because it’s on my way home. The food is always really good, but the employees often act annoyed with the customers. Anytime I do carside delivery, it’s a crapshoot as to whether or not someone will actually bring my food out to me. Even when the restaurant is not busy, about 80% of the time I have to go in and get my food instead of it being brought out to my car. Employees sometimes ignore people at the counter until they feel like coming up, even if they’re not doing anything at the time. I often see them on their cell phones or with headphones in. When I go inside to get my order for carry out, I often have to wait to be noticed at the front despite the open layout of the restaurant. In my opinion, there is a lack of professionalism and urgency at this restaurant for carryout orders. As I write this review, my order has been ready for 10 minutes and has not been brought to my car.

Ordered carry out, went into the restaurant after the app said the order was completed. I waited, standing in the lobby, for 10 mins while I listened to a worker in the back whining about politics to, I assume, another co worker who never responded. I even moved so that eventually the man would see me and after he did he continued to stay in the back of the restaurant and complain to himself. I ended up finding their carry out shelf and verified the order there was mine (it was the only one there) I took it and walked out. I ordered the spinach feta cheesy bread among other things and there was a single piece of spinach on the whole bread. I also ordered garlic dipping and marinara and neither were with the order. It was one thing to be ignored but it was a whole other thing to listen to the man complain, see me, and continue to ignore me when he knew I was standing there waiting for him to verify I was taking the single carry out order they had recently prepared.

They slide orders into a shelf right next to a door, but Lurch from the Addams family will yell at you if you try to grab your own order that is made ten minutes after the app says it’s ready.
Go to Pizza Hut on Waller for chain stuffed crust, this place is poorly managed.
Spent 30$ on delivery. It took them over 40 minutes to put my order in the oven, when I called to find out what the problem was. I found out that they had turned their phones off. An hour and 45 minutes it took to get a pizza delivered with no apology. And they wanna give me a 20% off coupon for my next order🤡 There won’t be a next order.
