Domino's Pizza

SO GLAD I read the reviews about this place before I ordered. I’ve eaten here before and it wasn’t too bad. But sounds like it’s gone WAY DOWN HILL since!! Instead of their $9.99 special, maybe they should give their pizzas away. And the customers would still be getting screwed!

Ordered delivery on 2/8/2025. I made a mistake while putting card info in. Then corrected it. I later noticed an email for cancelation. So I called. Wasn't sure if it was due to my mistake. When I called I spoke to the GM. He explained they did not have a driver, so they canceled delivery orders. However, the GM still wanted to make it right. So he made the order and delivered it his self. I really appreciated that and felt he meant what he said about wanting to make his guest happy. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much. Apt #53

Order took 2 hours to arrive, sat in both the "prep" and "quality check" stages for a half hour apiece, called the restaurant and woman who answered acted like she had no idea about the order and said "it should be on it's way." Automated call telling me it was on it's way came 15 minutes later. When it finally did arrive we had already picked up and eaten food l from elsewhere, the driver mumbled a sorry and took off as fast as he could. Unreal.

My pizza was never delivered, and this location does not have their phones set up. It is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. Pitiful excuse for any customer service. I will never order from here again.

Got a hot n ready pizza yesterday, wanted pepperoni and then they came back to the window saying they only had cheese.....I was starving and didn't want to be picky so I took it....big mistake! The pizza was overcooked and dry as cardboard. My kids literally said, worst pizza ever, please never buy this again. Will never be back....thank goodness Lexington has an absolute ton of pizza options

Delicious food. Great prices and coupons. Incredible staff and manager on duty. She was stepping up from a different location to cover the shift that night. Very impressed and coming back soon!

I want to say as a Veterran of gulf wars my unit all agreed we would five a oife for an order pizza or sandwiches five stars to employees that carry the best dough an food flown over 3000 miles to middle east the best pizza in U.S. thankyou Philly steak an cheese fills belly up never mind bread twists breakfast for tomorrow Endless yrs i spent eating this dough now working on the sandwiches Bomb ass .

This shop continues to be the worst Dominos on the planet. On a Monday night, 30 minutes and they still hadn't looked at my order. Do yourself a favor, just get in the car and go over to the pimlico Domino's and get a pizza there.

I deleted my last review because Yvette from management made things right untill she didn't. Somehow my "credit" disappeared. I ordered again a week later and nothing got fixed. The "manager" at the register stayed on her phone for over 90 seconds when me and my wife walked in and refused to even acknowledge us all because I wanted the cheese pizza order for my kids to get fixed when they gave me PINEAPPLE, HAM, AND MUSHROOMS. I didn't realize til I got home . These people along with management are completely incompetent. If you want an order to be exact and fresh do NOT order from this location. I've lost close to $50-60 at this location within 40 days. I've posted pictures just for proof. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

John was the most helpful employee I've ever gotten to deal with at dominos. He was incredibly understanding of my issues with the app not allowing me to set a proper time for my delivery. He was so cheerful and happy when I met him at my delivery location. And he even brought extra paper supplies at his own initiative when he heard that I was having a group over to have a game night. 10/10, would choose John as my guy every night if given the option. My only regret was that I didn't have cash on me to tip him more than what I put on the order.
