One of the worst experiences ive had at a dominos, the person i talked to on the phone is rude & a liar. had to wait 2 & a half hours for my COLD BAD pizzas after being told they were on the way 30 minutes after the order was placed. i will continue to go to the dominos at pimlico parkway because they know how to treat customers with respect & make actual good pizza.

TL;DR: Rude staff, waited forever for my order, horrible quality, avoid this restaurant!Placed my order online. Restaurant received my order and began making it very quickly afterward. So far, so good. Then, they left it in "quality check" for almost an hour. I tried calling the store multiple times; busy signal each time. Drove to the store, got nothing but attitude from one of their employees. Three employees standing around doing nothing in an empty store with most of the lights off."We only have one driver" is not a valid excuse. That means either franchise management or corporate are poorly planning scheduling. I parked next to an unused delivery truck with Domino's livery, so any one of those three could have run deliveries if they were short-staffed for drivers. Alternately, contract out with DoorDash or another delivery service if you don't have the manpower to keep up with demand.Back to the restaurant, they found my order after a couple minutes' search. It had been sitting in a bag on a shelf for at least 45 minutes. Demanded my pizza and a full refund -- restaurant cancelled my order. The moment I picked up the boxes? Yep, cold as ice. Got them home and I've seen more appetizing $1 frozen pizzas from Kroger. This is the last time I'll order from Domino's.

Ordered here and it took two hours to get my food. Left a $10 tip for a small order as well. Driver left store at 2pm and wasn’t to my house until 3. Food was cold, no manager around and no one can get a hold of them for a refund. Absolutely the worst management ever. Also why did delivery times say 30min on the app? Feel scammed

So, the Lexington, Domino’s, “Tiverton” way location is seriously taking your $23.95 + A $5.00 Tip and leaving your Pizza ? on the Ground ☝?……….But wait ✋? there’s more. To make things worse the dude tried to lie about it when I confronted him after opening my front door. Standing on the stairwell talkin bout Oh, I thought it was “contactless”. I said How? Without the seal tape?It’s a brand new kind of disrespect that the Domino’s on “Tiverton” way is serving up. Not only are they serving up pizza with bugs from the ground but they don’t care, Aaaand……. They takin all your money ? plus a tip too ☝? Stay Vigilant folks.

I work for a nearby hotel and watched the delivery driver pull in like he was on fire and then parked in a handicap space. When approached about his driving and being illegally parked, I was screamed at that I was being racist and a Karen. 1. I hadn't even said anything remotely about race.[I stated that his driving was inappropriate for a public space and that he was parked illegally]2.I was told that it was 2023 and I should" get with it".My problem is that as a public space where there are kids and adults not always paying attention as they cross the parking lot he should have slowed down, in addition parking in a handicap spot is just wrong. If this is what your driver is like, I don't want to imagine what your service is like.

You can tell it’s not made from scratch . Every time I’ve ate from this location twice . Two different things and you can tell it’s reheated and not made from scratch . I recommend the dominos on lane Allen road
