I normally get the chicken Alfredo pasta dish and it's usually really, pretty good. But this is like the third or fourth time in a row that I've ordered it. And there's not been hardly any alfredo cheese in it. It's just pasta and chicken and therefore pretty disgusting.

Ordered delivery by the app for New Year’s Eve. I spent over 70 bucks for wings, pizza and drinks as well as a cookie. The food left the store over 30 minutes after it was out of the oven. One pizza was on the wrong crust and had barely any toppings even though I ordered and paid for extra. It was so tough and dry it was inedible. The two orders of 16 hot wings were undercooked cold and un sauced. The cookie brownie was just a big square they didn’t even cut. So 70 bucks for inedible cold food on a holiday. I tried to compain n the app…. Offered a free pizza. Tried to contact corporate and got a canned response. Best bet is to avoid this company now…. They have been declining and now they don’t even care about their customers.

I can't really say how the pizza is. I have ordered delivery twice and have never gotten a pizza even though they have charged me. The first time they were super busy and refunded my money but now they won't even answer their phone

Awful didn’t get nothing right !! There was a few other costumers that came in and seem to have issues also it was horrible they gave us macaroni with no noodles

We ordered our food online and when it was delivered we were missing one of the pizza and the had sent the wrong pasta dish. Called the store and requested a re-delivery of the missing pizza and the correct pasta. The second time they delivered the food they brought the correct pasta but brought the wrong pizza. Called the store again and was told by the general manager that they would not be delivering anything else to us and would give us a refund and then was hung up on. When you order food you should get it. If not is their fault that they screwed up 2 times, the customer should not be punished. I ordered the correct pizza from Pizza Hut and had it to me in 33 minutes

Took 3 hours for delivery. Just to have the wrong thing delivered. Waited for over 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. I am severely disappointed and will avoid ordering from this store.

Worst order ever. Didn't get pepperoni on my pizza, my gluten free was burned and so were my sandwiches. 71 dollars wasted, and 'G' wanted to argue with me . Don't order from them

Favorite place to eat pizza from! Not I order chicken Alfredo pasta, pepperoni and bacon, pepperoni and cheese,and 8 piece pepperoni cheese stuffed bread. Delivered 20 mins after promise time. Cool I understand the streets. But I only receive chicken Alfredo and pepperoni and bacon pizza with marinara sauce ONLY! THE driver said let me check my car no pizza no stuffed bread. Hr goes back to the store and let them know show the receipt . I on the phone and hear the situation. They promised to deliver my bread and pizza in 10 to 20mins cool. 40 mins pass no Nothing I call and ask for a refund and receive but in 5- 10 business days. Dominios please do better.

Rate of NO stars. Ordered and watched it go through the tracker. Delivery driver passed the house at 7:15... Called at 7:45 and asked where the order was and was hung up on my employee. Driver never delivered the food, but it was marked as delivered. I went to the store and asked to speak with the manager. Someone said they were the manager and just refunded the order with zero reason or why they hung up on the phone. Poorly run establishment if that is how they handle their mistakes. I have ordered from this Domino's many times, but this will be the last.
While waiting for my order I observed an employee making sandwiches without wearing gloves, handling all the ingedients with bare hands.. Surprised that he was doing it right out in the open. That's gotta be a health code violation. Gross.

2 stars = 1 John called to make sure the address was right, new hotel address i made a mistake on. He called I appreciate that, 1 John the driver brought cups and plates also appreciated.

(The very unusual "bathroom activity" type and frequency (the next day) is clearly a sign of some (or many) food safety issues this store is deficient and negligent in,
either unknowingly or they just don't care. I do have and will eat pizza a very lot. Never experience the same after eating. Somethings off food safety wise, storage, prep or behaviors or any combination thereof)
They have alot wrong in making the right pizzas at this location.
They did give me a $25 store credit which I used at Euclid domino's store.
Come on guys, portion control should be clearly defined for consistency, your not getting ahead by saving pennies on pinching portions to receive identical bad reviews and lodging dollars therein and on losing customers.
Food safety should be first, foremost and last priorities, for every single person on the line.
