Somehow this location has deteriorated and it was really good. . Past 2 orders were inedible ,They advised a free pizza with the rewards point u earned an and find out this particular store does not participate in this. . Conflicting information and cold pizza .

Disappointed in my order. Ordered NY Crust which really just resembled hand-tossed cut in six slices vs eight. Was expecting actual thin crust NY style. Ordered eight wings, very little sauce on them, a few had almost none.

One of their people had to go home sick so only two people working at the restaurant and handling everything as best they can. They did a fantastic job. Instead of getting DELIVERY, we drove over to pick up our stuff. The staff here is fantastic. This is my go to place when we’re staying in the area and want a quick nosh.

Don’t call or they will hit you with nothing but attitude. Didn’t get the name but whoever answered when I was calling about an order was just nasty and I had to hang up before I matched their sassy attitude for a man.

Don’t order the car side pickup. They won’t bring it out. They will stare at you until you go in. Also, if you do order carside, they don’t mean “east side” of the building. They mean the front. Pizza was cold by the time I decided to park, grab my baby and get out. The girls at the front didn’t say a word.

Always wanted to go back again and again. Staffs are very friendly. Foods are great and super quick. Reason price and always have a good deals here and there!
I love how my order is supposed to be ready on the app but it's not, and every worker is yelling at each other. People goofing around up front and it seems very disorganized, immature, and idiotic. Took me 20 minutes to get my order after it said on the app that it was ready. Just don't get anything here.
Update: Regional manager contacted me and fixed the issue immediately, I wish I could give him a 5 star review directly for talking with him.
Told us to leave as we pulled up at 1015 pm...with an open sign in the window ..and suggested we use delivery ...so we went to Old Chicago and got real pizza. If he hasn't been rude about it..that woulda been different. A good mgr would have been professional.

I ordered jalapenos bacon cheese sticks........ All the bacon was raw. No where near cooked.They gave me a store credit...... ?Guess that's what you get to compensate for poisoning. Then they hung up on me saying they said Hello multiple times. My supervisors heard and recorded the conversation.Do better. FR FR
