Pizza cold, had no sauce on it to retain heat. Cheese breadsticks were excellent but a full order needs two cups of sauce and not one!! We ran out of sauce and that kind of ruined the delicious breadsticks!!

Pizza is usually prepared well, but it’s always 20-25 minutes later than the app claims it will be ready.
They also try to auto charge 15% tip for pick up orders.
Update: 30 minutes late today, on a pick up. Also, no receipt received.

1st off, Awesome customer service ! ( :I definitely appreciate that.I'm a little sad about the $9 salad bc most of the lettuce was white and kind of old.I expected more of a spring mix I guessnot iceberg.They also forgot my dressing & I was out @ home.The pizza & cookie were pretty good.The tea ? of course.
