The Donatos app is a pain to navigate for specials and oftentimes messes up my order. However, this location is consistently providing remarkable service to make a situation right if I forget to double check the order at online checkout. Ordered a pepperoni 1/2 sausage 1/2 mushroom on opposite sides. It was done correctly, that doesn't happen that often. Our pizza was hot and delicious. We took it to our hotel. It was still hot on arrival. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very satisfied! You know they have good workers when the employee ringing us out said to the other employees that almost burnt remake it.

Excellent. Loved their food . Customer service is excellent and they speak English well and follow instructions for a difficult delivery to a big truck in a parking lot. They have their own delivery people that do a great job and they're also a really good value for the money. I ordered from Lexington Kentucky facility and they were super and I will remember to order from them again if I'm there

Ordered a serious cheese, individual sized, “light bake” & received a burnt, barely cheesed, minimally sauced pizza. I tried to take it back to the restaurant but the manager told me that light bake wasn’t an option for cheese pizzas, only multiple toppings. How does that make sense?.. scientifically & logically it seems like the less there is piled on something, the less you need to bake it. When I told him I’d always ordered my pizzas with light bake & other than the last 3 times I’d ordered from here they were always perfect, he basically gaslit me & said that’s not possible. He said all he could do is remake it the exact same way but maybe with more sauce & spread the cheese more so it’s more even. 😒 My issue was not only not resolved, but he made the whole experience much worse by being completely unhelpful & couldn’t have cared less. Very rude, very unprofessional.

That was oddest margarita pizza I have ever had, won't say it was bad, just a weird sauce added that I didn't care for. Also I suggest asking for traditional cut instead of squares if you are like me and don't like squares. The dining space wasn't anything special, much more of a take out kind of spot.

We're from Punta Gorda Florida and we go back to up north Michigan and as we got to our hotel La Quinta hotel we ordered the "The Works with extra onions, extra cheese, well done and it was one of the best pizzas that I had in a very long time thanks so much the lady who answered the phone to take our order did great the delivery gentleman was prompt, courteous and on time thanks again for a great pizza we'll be coming back next spring on the way back to Michigan.
