Called and placed an order for my mother who is in a nursing home.. she was craving Donatos. They didn’t have a driver today so they sent the order via door dash… driver got confused with the address, was told no one by that name was there so he left with the food.I called the store.. spoke with Jeff, who had taken my order initially, he was so nice and apologized . He then personally took the order to my mother. This type of customer service is almost unheard of these...

Very good and Tasty pizza, thin crust and toppings are loaded. However service is severely lacking. People not acknowledging customers for over 10 mins, in the back on their phones, and overall lacking any social/friendly skills.

Got a suggestion to rate this. Only got it because my car broke down next door at the gas station. No one gave me a hard time as I worked to push-start it in the parking lot. Thank you, sure the food is good too, will have to try another time after repairs.
