Service is good, they are just so busy you need to be patient. Due to how busy they are, it's extremely loud and very hard to hear others talk. Even the staff seems to have to get very close to hear you. The dishes they use are so big, it's crowded for 4 people to sit at a table comfortably when the food comes.
Love the variety of sports on the screens throughout the facility. The food was ok, too greasy for my group so we ended up taking most of it home & it went in the trash, sorry.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had for a place that claims to be dog friendly. They were highly uneducated about my service animal and incredibly incredibly offensive. I would never recommend to go here.

This is a place I needed to get back to more often. I ordered their Mushroom Swiss Burger, green beans for my side. High quality beef patty and size, very good swiss cheese. It's their fresh sliced, deliciously seasoned mushrooms and sauce, and a light swipe of Dijon mustard that moved to it to the #1 best Mushroom Swiss burger I've had in Lexington. I was more than pleased with their green beans simmered in restaurant made fresh butter with a hint of diced onion, with nice all dente crunch, also very good. This restaurant uses ceiling mounted noise absorbers making customer table conversation comfortable which is appreciated. It was a busy lunch crowd yet Manager made sure to meet and greet tables. Booths have padded seating. Plenty of free parking. Clean odor free restroom.

Awesome place! We stopped by on our way south and we had our dog with us and the website said dog friendly. Service was great and food also great. We sat outside. Inside had sports bar feel to it. Hamburgers were great!
Very cool atmosphere here. Kids dishes even come out in dog dishes. Service was almost too much checking in. Very kid friendly.

Service was absolutely incredible everyone was super hospitable and attentive. Might have been the worst food I have ever eaten at a restaurant in my life. “Sausage queso” was frozen sausage gravy with cheap store bought chips. How can you charge $13 and not even fry your own tortillas??Ordered 2 burgers medium rare, and they both came out harder than hockey pucks with cold cheese slapped on top. Chili on burger was not up to temperature whatsoever and they didn’t even salt the fries. Drink prices and atmosphere were awesome but save your money and head to McDonald’s I can promise you that you will have a better dining experience. 0/10 food

Always a great experience here at double dogs, Eric the manager went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and timely. I value this as many similar caliber restaurants don’t over the over the top service that double dogs. I’ve been a fan for over 8 years and it gets better Everytime!

I came here for the first time with my fur friend, and it was awesome, the server was nice and very friendly with my dog, she gave him treats and water. The manager was attentive too, he made sure that I was doing fine. I had the jalapeño cheese stick, the were fire!! Totally recommended this place.
