The Peruvian braised chicken and salmon tartare are also available. The tuxedo sundae is outstanding and the star of the show. The filet mignon is another highlight. Overall, Dudley's On Short offers top-notch service and a memorable dining experience, focusing on seasonal and local offerings with a Southern spin. It's a must-do when in Lexington. Luke, a server, was knowledgeable, had an amazing personality, and was very personable. He was charismatic, informative, funny, and gave honest and insightful recommendations. The rest of the staff was on point. The food is wonderful and the service is great.
