I went this morning and ordered a medium decaf as part of my order but received an original coffee which I can not drink due to caffeine sensitivity. I have been trying to call the store but only get a fast busy sign. Service seemed very indifferent. Not rude but not very friendly. Sandwich was the perfect temperature and tasted okay. Nothing to write home about but I could take a few bites..

Extremely rude and pushy. My order wasn’t right. I just had asked for oatmilk instead of dairy milk and once I drove off and took a sip I realized it was wrong. Very disappointing.

I stop here twice a day everyday awesome service except for today. Go threw drivethru older lady gray hair and glasses working not seen her went to pay with a 50.00 bill She says rudely I can't except that so I give her debit card. No have a good day no Thank you just shoves my drink out the window. If you don't like your job maybe you need another one. Everyone else there is very nice and pleasant not this Lady very rude. I mean and least say thank you / good morning. #1072594 Drew Don't think we will be coming back and all of us at work stop here everyday . All the other employees there are great. Who wants to start your day with Rudeness Not Me. Maybe someone should have a talk with her.

Was meeting a client for coffee here and I got here 20 minutes early and went to use restroom they wouldn't let me until I bought something, I pulled in with a trick out Jeep wearing a Polo hoodie and a Rolex, also platinum and diamond ring. He treated me like I was trash and homeless. I left and had my client meet me at Starbucks. Lexington lazy mayor is party responsible because she loves homeless and they are destroying our community. I won't be back HERE bad part of town anyway DIDN'T FEEL SAFE

We got 3 wake up wraps for 3 people and they put them all in one bag. Hashbrowns were covered in oil, cold brew coffee had a ton of sugar on the bottom We will not be going back to this Dunkin
This is literally one of the best dunkin’s in Lexington! Every time I come in here Trey the manager is literally so kind, helpful and talks to me about all the new items on the menu. I recommend everyone come to this Dunkin for great service and smiles! Thank you.
